    Abstract: Cooling system for a data center includes at least one air-conditioner, at least one air-guiding fan, a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, and a control unit. The air-guiding fan exchanges air between the data center and an external environment of the data center. The first temperature sensor senses an interior temperature of the data center. The second temperature sensor senses an environmental temperature outside of the data center. The control unit controls operating state of the air-conditioner, the first air-guiding fan, and the second air-guiding fan. When the environmental temperature is lower than the interior temperature, the control unit turns off the air-conditioner and the air-guiding fan.

The series transistor network may be configured to generate an output signal in response to (i) an input signal, (ii) a first bias signal, and (iii) a plurality of variable impedances. The plurality of shunt circuits may each be configured to generate a respective one of the variable impedances in response to a second bias signal. The output signal may have an attenuation that is equal to or less than the input power. The amount of the attenuation may be controlled by the first bias signal and the second bias signal. The series transistor elements and the plurality of shunt circuits may be configured as two or more transistors each having two or more gates.

Then, the method receives the voice and the identifier of the audio input device transmitted from the audio input device. The method further converts the received voice to text. The method determines the personal information corresponding to the identifier of the audio input device received with the voice, and associates the converted text with the determined personal information to generate a record.

    Abstract: A device having an alarm system based on infrared detection includes an exterior casing, an interior casing located in the exterior casing, and an alarm system received in a space cooperatively formed by the exterior and interior casings. The alarm system is configured to detect transgression into the space, and includes a number of pairs of infrared sensors, an alarm nodule, and a control module. Each pair of infrared sensors includes an infrared radiation transmitter configured to emit infrared rays, whereby the space is fillable with infrared rays emitted by all the infrared radiation transmitters; and an infrared radiation receiver configured to receive the infrared rays from the infrared radiation transmitter. The control module is configured to detect any signal generated by an infrared radiation receiver, and actuate the alarm module to generate an alarm signal when at least one infrared radiation receiver has ceased to receive infrared rays.

An effective phase length of the reference loss path (106) and an effective phase length of the attenuation path (108) may be equalized to provide a constant phase when the digital attenuator circuit (100) is switched between states.
