Abstract: A bicycle pedal includes a pedal frame having a H-shaped receiving chamber and a rear opening, a clamping member pivoted to the pedal frame for holding down a rubber block on the pedal frame, the clamping member having a protruding rod inserted through the rear opening into the receiving chamber, a compression spring mounted in the receiving chamber and stopped at one side of the protruding rod to hold the clamping member in engagement with the loaded rubber block, an adjustment block mounted in the receiving chamber and stopped at one end of the compression spring, and an adjustment screw rotated to move the adjusting block in adjusting the spring power of the compression spring.

Abstract: A pedal for a racing bicycle in which a coupling structure is provided for enabling a pedal body to be coupled to a cage and turned about a shaft within a limited angle relative to the cage, wherein the coupling structure includes an end cap mounted in a stepped hole in the cage and engaged into locating grooves at the pedal body, the end cap having a locating block inserted into a sliding groove in the stepped hole inside the cage to limit the turning angle of the pedal body relative to the cage, a screw mounted in a countersunk hole at the end cap and threaded into a screw hole at the pedal body to fix the end cap to the pedal body, and a torsional spring mounted on the end cap and connected between a locating hole inside the pedal body and a notch in the stepped hole inside the cage for enabling the pedal body to be returned to its former position after each rotary notion.

Abstract: A bicycle head tube packing arrangement includes a head tube, a hexagon head sleeve fixed to the inside of the head tube, a tubular shaft inserted through the hexagon head sleeve with both ends respectively fastened to a handlebar stem and a front fork, a nut threaded onto an outer thread on the tubular shaft to hold a first axle bearing around the tubular shaft below a lower collar on the tubular shaft, a screw cap threaded onto an inner thread at the top of the head tube to hold a second axle bearing around the tubular shaft above an upper collar on the tubular shaft.

Abstract: A bicycle front fork packing device including a bottom split taper ring supported within a top cover of a bearing assembly at the top end of the head tube of a bicycle frame, a top split taper ring mounted on the bottom split taper ring around the top coupling tube of a front fork and stopped at a bottom end of the vertical tube of a handlebar stem, and a sealing cover covered on the top cover of the bearing assembly around the bottom end of the vertical tube of the handlebar, the bottom split taper ring being moved up with the bearing assembly and the top split taper ring being forced to expand by the bottom split taper ring and to firmly engage with the inside wall of the sealing cover when the vertical tube of the handlebar stem and the top coupling tube of the front fork are fastened tight.

Abstract: A bicycle front fork mounting structure including a locating socket mounted around the top coupling tube of the front fork and supported on a ball bearing above the head tube of the bicycle frame, the locating socket having an outer thread and a tapered center through hole, a split holding-down ring fitted into the tapered center through hole of the locating socket, and a lock nut threaded onto the outer thread of the locating socket to compress the holding-down ring by forcing an inside annular flange thereof into an outside annular groove on the holding-down ring, causing the holding-down ring and the locating socket to securely fix the front fork to the head tube.
