    Abstract: A wavelength conversion film including a phosphor layer and a light scattering layer is provided. The phosphor layer includes a first phosphor and a first substrate. The light scattering layer includes a plurality of titanium dioxide particles and a second substrate. The wavelength conversion film further includes a photoluminescence material and a plurality of nanoparticles. The photoluminescence material and the plurality of nanoparticles are located in at least one of the phosphor layer and the light scattering layer or respectively located in the phosphor layer and the light scattering layer. The wavelength conversion film of the invention may prevent the occurrence of photocatalytic effect and increase the light conversion efficiency.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a light emitting element comprising a printed circuit board and a light emitting diode. The printed circuit board comprises a photosensitive solder resist layer. Materials of the photosensitive solder resist layer comprise a reflective material and at least one of a conductive nanoparticle and a photoluminescent material. The light emitting diode is disposed on the photosensitive solder resist layer of the circuit board, and is electrically connected to the printed circuit board. By adding at least one of the conductive nanoparticle and the photoluminescent material, the light emitting element of the present invention reduces the photodegradation of the solder resist layer, and improves the reflectivity of the photosensitive solder resist layer.

    Abstract: A transfer device for transferring a plurality of micro LED dies is provided. The transfer device includes a carrier plate, a plurality of deformable components, and a plurality of transfer heads. The plurality of deformable components are disposed on the carrier plate. The plurality of transfer heads are respectively disposed on the plurality of deformable components. Each of the transfer heads includes a plurality of micro protrusions arranged in an array on a side away from the corresponding one deformable component. Deformation of the deformable components leads to deformation of the transfer heads, such that a number of the micro protrusions in contact with the micro LED dies is decreased. Accordingly, the transfer device can easily release the micro LED dies.

The joint surface combined with a sidewall of the view hole and a surface of the plate-like member is provided with at least one more-hydrophilic section and at least one less-hydrophilic section, wherein the more-hydrophilic section has a height smaller than 50 ?m. While combined with the box-like member, the plate-like member is mounted in the box-like member. The box-like member has at least one through hole running through each of a top side and a bottom side thereof and coaxially aligned with the view hole. After a liquid is placed into the view hole, the more-hydrophilic section adsorbs the liquid to form a liquid layer and the less-hydrophilic section is hydrophobic to adsorb no liquid.

    Abstract: A specimen box for an electron microscope capable of observing a general specimen or a live cell is formed of a housing. The housing includes a receiving chamber formed therein and at least one view hole formed on each of a top side thereof and a bottom side thereof and communicating with the receiving chamber and coaxially aligned with the other. The distance between a bottom end of the view hole located on the top side of the housing and a top end of the view hole located on the bottom side of the housing is smaller than 50 ?m. The housing is ultra-thin to enable penetration of the electron beam therethrough even though a liquid specimen is injected into the housing. A general specimen or a live cell can be put into the housing for the microscopic observation under the electron microscope.

    Abstract: A nanoimprint lithography method of fabricating a nanoadhesive includes steps of (a) preparing a substrate and a transfer stamp, said transfer stamp having a transfer face and nanometer-scale features formed on said transfer face, said nanometer-scale features having a plurality of convexities and concavities, said substrate having an etched layer; (b) proceeding a staining process to enable either of said convexities and concavities to be stained with a photoresist; (c) proceeding a transfer process to enable said nanometer-scale features to touch said etched layer to transfer said photoresist onto said etched layer; and (d) proceeding an etching process to enable parts of said etched layer that are not stained with the photoresist to be each etched for a predetermined depth. As the steps indicated above, the nanoadhesive can be produced with mass production and low cost.

A probing source can pass through the outer, inner, and vapor apertures for observation and analysis of the liquid specimen inside the liquid chamber.
