Abstract: A touch panel has a first substrate, a second substrate, a frame adhesive and multiple multi-layer conductive wires. The first substrate has first axis electrode strings and second axis transparent electrodes formed on a surface. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate and has bridging members and bridging connectors formed on each of the bridging members and connected to the second axis electrodes of the first substrate. The frame adhesive connects the first substrate and the second substrate. The multi-layer conductive wires are electrically connected to the first axis electrode strings and the second axis transparent electrodes and connect to a flexible printed circuit board. With the bridging members and bridging connectors formed on another substrate, a mask process of forming insulating members can be avoided, and a manufacture process is simplified with associated cost reductions.

Abstract: A backpack is composed of a bag and a frame assembly combined with the bag. Thereby, the disclosed backpack presents a constant solid contour even there is nothing loaded therein. Also, the frame assembly facilitates enhancing the strength of the backpack for resisting external force. Shark absorbing ability of foam is also provided. Especially when a motorcycle falls, a rider thereon can have his/her back, head and neck protected by the bag. Besides, a luminary may be provided on the bag as so to call for a behind driver's attention and avoid accidents.

Abstract: A chair with a controllable wheel assembly comprises a chair body having a bottom plate; the chair body being formed with a plurality of openings; a plurality of buckling seats having an approximate U shape with two post; each post of the buckling seat being installed with a guide groove; a side of the buckling seat being formed with a plurality of hooks; between each buckling seat and the bottom plate being formed with a through hole; a plurality of wheel sets being included; and two sides of the movable block having respective sliding grooves; each sliding groove having a plurality of notches for receiving the hooks of the buckling seat so that the movable block is movably combined to the chair body; and thus the movable block is slideable along the guide groove.

Abstract: A retaining clip for attaching a fragrance container to a cool air vent of an air conditioner comprises a retaining portion and a connecting portion integrally extended from the retaining portion. The retaining portion further comprises a pair of up and down arranged first and second clip arm. The first and the second clip arms are further provided with longitudinal slots. The free end of the first clip arm is tilted downward to form a pair of arced retaining sections. The free end of the second clip arm is provided with a pair of sloppy guide sections corresponding to the arced retaining section. At least one sloppy support bulge is formed on the middle section of the second clip arm. The free end of the connecting portion is connected to a fragrance container.
