Abstract: A wearable equipment is adapted for substation maintenance mobile inspection and includes a binding strap and a controlling wireless communication module. A thermal imager is disposed on one side of the binding strap. A prism display component and a voice interaction module are disposed on the other side of the binding strap. The thermal imager, the prism display component, and a microphone and a speaker of the voice interaction module are connected to the controlling wireless communication module through cables, to transmit information in a power system intranet. An application method includes mounting the wearable equipment to an electric power helmet, and automatically sending an infrared image, a visible light image, power monitoring information, voice, and a video in a power operation area to a background management controlling system for the substation maintenance mobile inspection.

The intermediate terminal receives the IP package and selects the at least one candidate CID different from an intermediate CID recorded in the intermediate terminal, so as to create an intermediate forwarding table. And, the intermediate terminal transmits an intermediate IP package. The decompressor receives the intermediate IP package. The decompressor selects the at least one candidate CID different from a decompressor CID recorded in the decompressor to be a target CID.

Abstract: A filling pipe for use in high-temperature heat pipe filling operation includes an alkali metal filling unit, metallic pipe fixing unit, hermetic seal cover and stopping net. The alkali metal filling unit has a filling body, a receiving space disposed in the filling body. A feed inlet and a feeding pipe are disposed at the top and bottom of the filling body, respectively. A vacuum-generating component is disposed at the filling body laterally. The metallic pipe fixing unit has a fixing body and a taper opening disposed thereon and adapted to limit the metallic pipe. When the fixing body gets connected to the filling body, the feeding pipe is inserted into metallic pipe. The hermetic seal cover covers separably the feed inlet. The stopping net is movably disposed in the receiving space. Therefore, solid alkali metals are filled into a metallic pipe easily and safely.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wireless communication method and a wireless communication system of push-to-talk. The wireless communication system includes a plurality of wireless communication devices to form a mobile ad hoc network. When one wireless communication device operates in an idle state to receive a call invitation via the mobile ad hoc network, it operates into a play state to play audio content of the call invitation. When this wireless communication device operates in the play or talk state to receive another one or more call invitations, it operates into a play and queue state or a talk and queue state to continue an original playing or talking act and to store audio content of said another one or more call invitations later.

The base station receives a plurality of small data corresponding to the plurality of mobile apparatuses from a backhaul network server, and calculates scalar data, which corresponds to the plurality of small data, according to the plurality of small data and the plurality of private vector data. The base station transmits the scalar data to each of the plurality of mobile apparatuses using broadcast or multicast manner. The first mobile apparatus retrieves first small data from the scalar data according to the first private vector data. The first small data corresponds to the first mobile apparatus.
