A second power unit has a second swaying frame pivoting from a first position to a second position to output second power, thereby moving the first end of the pressing board upward and moving the second end of the pressing board downward to pivot in a second direction. Upward movement of the first end causes the first swaying frame to pivot in the second direction to the first position. Downward movement of the second end causes the second swaying frame to pivot in the second direction to the first position.

A magnetic attraction range is formed between the balancing member, the permanent magnet and the first and second annular reference planes. The balancing member is at least partially shaded from the permanent magnet by the base plate.

When the control command is a standard command, the serial/parallel controller first stores the address following the control command into the address register and then the flash memory controller accesses data according to the address in the address register. When the control command is a specific command, the flash memory controller directly accesses data according to the address in the address register without waiting for an address update.

Abstract: A serial transmission controller, a serial transmission decoder and a serial transmission method thereof are disclosed. First, a current address and an access address are compared to select one of a plurality of transmission address modes as an access address mode and then to produce corresponding address information. The transmission address modes use different bits to transmit the address information respectively. According to the access address mode, an access command is selected from a serial command set. Finally, the access command and the address information are transmitted to a serial interface serially. After the access command is encoded to different length of bits, the encoded access command is transmitted to the serial interface so as to reduce the transmission bits and improve the transmission efficiency.

Abstract: A system and method for reducing discontinuity of gray level in an image buffer memory is provided, which reduces N bits to (N?k) bits for each pixel on an input image, so as to save required memory and reduce discontinuity of gray level. The input image includes a plurality of pixels in a matrix. The method includes the steps of: selecting a plurality of interleaved pixels from the input image; adding a specific value of 2k?1 in the pixels selected; and deleting lower k bits for each pixel of the input image.

A number of bits of the output data being transferred in parallel is configurable according to a parallel bit number. The data information and the address information are transferred via the same pins.

Abstract: A method for reducing data amount in an image memory system is disclosed. First, it omits one image column from every N image column in left and right portions of the input image, respectively, based on a predetermined percentage, thereby obtaining an image having a reduced data amount. Next, the image having the reduced data amount is sent to an image encoder to encode and accordingly store an encoded image. Then, the encoded image is transmitted to an image decoder through a transmission channel. Then, the encoded image is decoded by the image decoder as received, thereby obtaining a decoding image. Finally, a pixel insertion is performed on reduced image columns of the decoded image.
