    Abstract: The present invention discloses a polypeptide and application thereof. By modifying oxyntomodulin (OXM), hybridizing OXM with a peptide sequence of Exenatide, including enabling the polypeptide to be resistant to DPP-4 enzyme degradation through amino acid modification, and conjugating fatty acid chains at the same time, an OXM hybrid peptide having longer pharmacologic action time and better weight losing effects is obtained. Synthesis of a target polypeptide is fast realized by an orthogonal protection strategy solid-phase synthesis method, and a crude product is purified and freeze-dried to obtain the OXM hybrid peptide.

    Abstract: New benzodiazepine compounds, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof are provided. Short-acting benzodiazepine derivatives have the characteristics of a fast onset, short acting time, deep strength, being quickly metabolized, fast wake-up, etc. In anesthesia experiments on mice and rats, short-acting benzodiazepine derivatives have a comparable onset time to remazolam, but have a significantly shortened acting time and wake-up time. Moreover, some of the compounds have a significantly enhanced depth of action. Thus, the compounds have the characteristics of a faster onset, shorter acting time, greater strength of action, being metabolized faster, faster wake-up, etc. In long-term infusion anesthesia experiments on rats, compared with remazolam, the short-acting benzodiazepine derivatives have a significantly shortened wake-up time and recovery time, and have the characteristics of faster wake-up, a faster recovery, etc.

    Abstract: A transaction processing method, an apparatus, and a computer system are provided. According to the method, after receiving a transaction processing request, status information of the transaction is recorded in a non-volatile memory, where the transaction processing request carries transaction data of a transaction, where the status information of the transaction includes a transaction status, a transaction identifier, and an address, and where the transaction status is an uncommitted state. The transaction data is written to the non-volatile memory according to the address. Then, the transaction status of the transaction is modified to a committed state according to the transaction identifier. Further, after writing the transaction data to an external memory of the computer system from the non-volatile memory, the transaction status of the transaction is modified to a backup state according to the transaction identifier. A transaction data processing speed can be increased in the foregoing manner.

In this way, wear and energy consumption problems are considered during storage space allocation, and a write operation of an idle block in storage space of an NVM can consume less energy, thereby extending a life span of the NVM and reducing write operation energy consumption.
