    Abstract: A wind field interpolation simulation method based on isogeometric sampling, the main steps of generating a wind speed time series in the present invention are as follows: first, inputting basic parameters of wind field simulation and the number of initial sampling points, and selecting the sampling points by an isogeometric sampling method. Then calculating the maximum relative error of all frequency bands by a relative error defined, and judging a fitting error and an allowable error given. If the fitting error is greater than the allowable error, increasing the number of sampling points and reselecting the sampling points; if the fitting error is less than or equal to the allowable error, finishing point selection, and using an interpolation function to calculate a lower triangular matrix required by the simulation. Thus a fluctuating wind field can be generated by a harmonic superposition method.

    Abstract: Provided is a proximity ligation assay-based detection method for a high-order structure (HOS) of an RNA virus, including: mixing an RNA virus with a cross-linking agent, conducting cross-linking under ultraviolet (UV) light, and recovering the RNA virus to obtain a cross-linked RNA virus; extracting RNA of the cross-linked RNA virus; conducting fragmentation on the RNA with RNase III to obtain RNA fragments; ligating the RNA fragments and conducting decrosslinking to obtain decrosslinked RNA fragments; constructing a sequencing library for the decrosslinked RNA fragments; and conducting high-throughput sequencing on the sequencing library, and conducting an RNA HOS analysis on a sequencing result. In the present disclosure, high-efficiency short-distance ligation reaction is used to realize the cross-linking of RNA in virus particles in cell culture or collected supernatant, so as to analyze the HOS of RNA virus genome.

    Abstract: A consensus-based decentralized multi-robot approach is presented for reconstructing a discrete distribution of features, modeled as an occupancy grid map, that represent information contained in a bounded planar 2D environment, such as visual cues used for navigation or semantic labels associated with object detection. The robots explore the environment according to a random walk modeled by a discrete-time discrete-state (DTDS) Markov chain and estimate the feature distribution from their own measurements and the estimates communicated by neighboring robots, using a distributed Chernoff fusion protocol. Under this decentralized fusion protocol, each robot's feature distribution converges to the ground truth distribution in an almost sure sense.

According to the method, prediction cost is low, operability is high, and a prediction result has a reference value for guiding exploration and development of a complex oil and gas reservoir and construction of a gas storage.

    Abstract: A fabric-based, soft-bodied aerial robot includes contact-reactive perching and embodied impact protection structures while remaining lightweight and streamlined. The aerial robot is operable to 1) pneumatically vary its body stiffness for collision resilience and 2) utilize a hybrid fabric-based, bistable (HFB) grasper to perform passive grasping. When compared to conventional rigid drone frames the soft-bodied aerial robot successfully demonstrates its ability to dissipate impact from head-on collisions and maintain flight stability without any structural damage. Furthermore, in dynamic perching scenarios the HFB grasper is capable to convert impact energy upon contact into firm grasp through rapid body shape conforming in less than 4 ms.
