The first sensing unit includes a pair of photodiodes formed in a substrate and spaced by a deep trench isolation structure, an outer grid over the pair of photodiodes, a color filter filled in the outer grid, and an inner grid disposed in the color filter. The color filter overlaps the pair of photodiodes. The inner grid includes a first spacer, wherein the first spacer is rotated relative to the deep trench isolation structure.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a first end of a second switch is connected to a voltage input terminal of a power supply, a second end of the second switch is connected to a first end of a first capacitor and a first end of a first switch, a second end of the first switch is connected to a first end of a first complementary switch and a first end of a first output inductor, a second end of the first capacitor is connected to a first end of a second complementary switch and a first end of a second output inductor, and a second end of the first complementary switch and a second end of the second output inductor are connected to a voltage output terminal of the power supply. A controller is configured to control switching of the first switch and to control switching of the second switch.

Abstract: Techniques are described for linked blockchains that allow computing devices to access information from an acceptance blockchain about acceptance reports stored in an enterprise delivery blockchain that are also linked to a product blockchain that stores information of the products of the acceptance reports. An acceptance report is indicative of operability of a product in a service provided by a service provider. A processor is configured to access the block in the enterprise delivery blockchain, retrieve the acceptance report from the block in the enterprise delivery blockchain, determine an identifier, identified in the block in the enterprise delivery blockchain, to a block in an acceptance blockchain, access the block in the acceptance blockchain via the determined identifier, retrieve from the block in the acceptance blockchain contextual information of the acceptance report, and output the acceptance report and contextual information of the acceptance report.

Abstract: A method for verifying a low-density parity-check (LDPC) unit capable of being applied in a memory system can include receiving original data corresponding to a memory device, encoding the original data by the LDPC unit to be verified, injecting errors into the encoded original data by a data pattern for generating verifying data, and verifying a soft decode capability of the LDPC unit by utilizing the verifying data. The data pattern can include the errors generated by threshold voltage (Vth) distributions interlaced between two neighboring logic states of 2n logic states of the memory device. The method and system can provide an error injection to accurately and efficiently verify a LDPC soft decode capability of the LDPC unit, decrease errors, increase error correction accuracy and efficiency, more accurately model actual threshold voltage (Vth) distributions, increase flexibility, increase speed, increase performance, and reduce firmware overhead.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a spirooxazine photochromic exterior wall coating, comprising the following components by mass percent: 0.6%-1.5% of spirooxazine photochromic compound, 40%-45% of resin, 0.3%-1% of dispersant, 0.2%-0.3% of antifoamer, 1%-3% of additive, 22%-24% of pigment and 30%-32% of solvent. The additive comprises 0.9 wt %-2 wt % of NaCl or KCl solution. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the spirooxazine photochromic exterior wall coating, comprising measuring, grinding, dispersing, mixing, adjusting pH and filtering. Experiments prove that the spirooxazine photochromic exterior wall coating provided by the present invention has good light fatigue resistance effect and can meet the needs of long-term use of building exterior walls.

Abstract: A system for monitoring a helium compressor and a magnetic resonance imaging device may include photoelectric converter configured to monitor a status current of a helium compressor; a dry contact signal converter having a dry contact switch and a signal converter. The dry contact switch may include a first pair of switch contacts connected to an output of the photoelectric converter and a second pair of switch contacts connected to an output voltage of the helium compressor. The signal converter may be configured to collect an action signal of the dry contact switch, and convert corresponding fault information into a network signal and send the same to a network server. Personnel may be notified of the fault information in a preset communication mode using a preset communication address.

Abstract: A lighter includes a housing having a liquefied gas storage and a gas emission unit for controlling a flow of gas. The gas emission unit includes a gas emitting nozzle extended from the liquefied gas storage, a piezoelectric unit disposed in the lighter housing for generating sparks when the piezoelectric unit is depressed, and a lighter cap slidably coupled on top of the lighter housing at a position above the piezoelectric unit and being limited to move between a non-ignition position and an ignition position. The the lighter cap has a depressible surface that an exit opening of the gas emitting nozzle is slidingly extended to embed in the lighter cap so as to protect the exit opening of the gas emitting nozzle at the non-ignition position. When the lighter cap is depressed, the piezoelectric unit is depressed and the gas emission unit is actuated at the same time for releasing the gas to be ignited by the sparks so as to produce a flame at the exit opening of the gas emitting nozzle.

Abstract: A localization and attitude estimation method using magnetic fields includes the following steps. First, in three-dimensional coordinates, at least three magnetic landmarks arbitrarily disposed around a moving carrier are selected, wherein any two of the at least three magnetic landmarks have different magnetic directions. One set of at least five tri-axes magnetic sensors is used to sense the magnetic fields of the at least three magnetic landmarks. Three magnetic components on three axes of a current position of each of the tri-axes magnetic sensors are respectively generated by a demagnetization method. Five non-linear magnetic equations are solved to obtain position information and magnetic moment information of the at least three magnetic landmarks in the three-dimensional coordinates. Position vectors and attitude vectors of the set of at least five tri-axes magnetic sensors in a three-dimensional space are estimated based on tri-axes magnetic moment vectors of the magnetic landmarks.
