  • Patent number: 11935880
Abstract: A dynamic random access memory (DRAM) device is provided. The DRAM device includes a circuit substrate, a light emitting element, a first light-permeable thermal dissipation element, and a first light blocking element. At least one DRAM chip is disposed on the circuit substrate. The light emitting element is disposed on the circuit substrate and coupled to the circuit substrate. The first light-permeable thermal dissipation element is disposed on the circuit substrate. The first light blocking element is disposed between the first light-permeable thermal dissipation element and the circuit substrate, and the first light blocking element is disposed on the first light-permeable thermal dissipation element.

  • Patent number: 7573482
Abstract: A method for reducing memory consumption when carrying out edge enhancement in a multiple beam pixel apparatus is provided, wherein Static Random Access Memories and first in first out buffers are employed. When the first to the nth input units read the next bit data, the first rows of the bit data in the first to the nth buffers are removed, and each row of bit data behind the first rows is moved towards left by one bit. The first rows of bit data in the (n+1)th to the (n+4)th buffers are stored in one end of the first to the fourth memories respectively, and a bit data is taken out from the other end of each of the memories, to be sequentially stored in the end of the first to the fourth buffers, and the read next bit data is stored in the fifth to the (n+4)th buffers.

  • Patent number: 7564592
Abstract: A color image edge enhancement method having the following steps: First, perform the halftone processing of a color image to produce a halftone image. Next, compare the dotting pattern of an edge pixel to be enhanced and the pixels in its perimeter in the halftone image with the contents of an edge enhancement table. Thus, search and obtain the dotting table and a corresponding dotting command having the most matching pattern. Then, divide the halftone image into the images of four color planes of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black colors respectively. Subsequently, compare the pattern of the edge pixel and the pixels in its perimeter in the respective color planes with the pattern in the dotting table to determine the color plane having the most matching pattern. Finally, execute the searched doting command to dot and enhance the edge pixel.

  • Patent number: 7551298
Abstract: A print control device with an embedded engine simulation module and the test method thereof are disclosed. With the engine simulation module is inserted in the print control device, the print engine signal is directly sent to the video signal processor of the print control device. The video signal processor follows the print engine signal along with the clock and video signals to print data signals, thereby testing the print control device. Therefore, adjustments of the print engine signal can directly simulate the situations of supporting different print engines.

  • Publication number: 20070139670
Abstract: A color image edge enhancement method having the following steps: Firstly, divide a color image into four color planes with the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black color (CMYK) respectively. Next, implement the halftone processing of the four respective color planes, thus generate four halftone images of the four CYMK colors. Then, compare the dotting patterns of the edge pixels to be enhanced and the pixels in its perimeter in the halftone images of the respective color planes with the patterns in an edge enhancement table, to search and obtain a dotting table and its corresponding dotting command having the most matching pattern. Finally, compare the dotting table and the corresponding dotting command having the most matching patterns with the contents of a dotting command corresponding table, to search and obtain the actual dotting command, and then execute the actual dotting commands thus obtained in dotting the edge pixel.
