    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes: a magnetic core; a conductive coil winding around the magnetic core and electrically insulated from the magnetic core, wherein the conductive coil includes horizontally-extending conductive lines and vertically-extending conductive vias electrically connecting the horizontally-extending conductive lines; and a connecting metal line on an outside of and electrically isolated from the conductive coil. The vertically-extending conductive vias include first conductive vias overlying a first one of the horizontally-extending conductive lines, second conductive vias overlapping the first conductive vias and underlying a second one of the horizontally-extending conductive lines, and a third conductive via between the first conductive vias and the second conductive vias.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for image signal processing that support controlling image capture based on movement and/or lighting conditions. In a first aspect, a method of image processing includes determining lighting and movement conditions for an image scene and determining exposure settings for an image sensor based on these conditions. An exposure overlap setting may also be determined based on the movement and lighting conditions and the exposure settings. The image sensor may then capture one or more initial image frames guided by these parameters. Finally, an output image frame may be determined from these initial frames, such as with a blending process. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: An in-situ repair method for the surface of polyamide (PA) membrane after the destruction of oxidizing substances is provided. Lysozyme solution is mixed with tris (2-carboxyethyl) phosphine (TCEP) buffer solution, and the PA membrane to be repaired is immersed in the mixed solution, after being taken out, the PA membrane to be repaired is rinsed, and the nano-protein coating with uniform changes in pore size, charge density and thickness is obtained on the surface of the PA membrane to be repaired. Then the amine solution modification is used, the surface of the nano-protein coating is grafted by amines, and the repaired PA membrane is obtained. The PA membrane to be repaired is immersed in a mixed solution for 1-24 h. The PA membrane repaired by nano-coating has a water permeability of 11.4 Lm?2L?1bar?1 (LMH/bar) and a rejection rate of 98.5% to magnesium chloride for the nanofiltration (NF) membrane after strong chlorine destruction.
