    Abstract: A ventilation control apparatus and method are provided. The apparatus comprises a storage, a ventilation apparatus, and a processor. The storage stores a plurality of first historical sensing data corresponding to a plurality of first time intervals and an activation condition. The apparatus calculates a plurality of deviation values corresponding to the first time intervals based on the first historical sensing data. The apparatus determines an adjustment parameter based on the deviation values. The apparatus updates the activation condition based on the adjustment parameter. The apparatus transmits a first control signal corresponding to the adjustment parameter to the ventilation apparatus to instruct the ventilation apparatus to operate based on the activation condition.

The two Schrader (American) retainers move in the two first through orifices. The two Presta (French) retainers move in the two second through orifices. The control set is disposed on the body and controls a first limiting segment of each Schrader (American) retainer, a second limiting segment of each Presta (French) retainer, and a third limiting segment of each fixing block.
