Abstract: The present teaching relates to identifying related content and significance thereof with respect to some specified goal. Initial content is obtained based on a specified goal. Associated content is identified based on the semantics of the initial content and semantic-based temporal information. Different temporal relations are determined based on the specified goal and are extracted from content comprising the initial and associated content. With respect to each extracted temporal relation, determine a semantic analysis to be performed based on the specified goal. A summary is automatically generated for each of the semantic analysis results and is visualized to reveal semantic and temporal relations among different related content pieces. The visualization can be adjusted according to user input.

Abstract: The present teaching relates to method, system, medium, and implementations for modeling an entity based on textual information. When information about an entity to be modeled is received, textual information related to the entity is searched, including a plurality of documents related to at least one aspect of the entity. First aggregated semantic models are obtained for the plurality of documents. Each first aggregated semantic model represents one of the plurality of documents and includes a semantic feature vector and a semantic signature. Such first aggregated semantic models are clustered into at least one group, each of which corresponds to one of the at least one aspect of the entity and includes a set of first aggregated semantic models representing semantics of documents related to the aspect of the entity.

Abstract: This disclosure discloses a media content favoriting method and apparatus, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium, relating to the field of media content display interaction. The media content favoriting method includes: playing first media content by a playing control in an interactive interface; displaying a media content favoriting control which comprises a first input area and a media information display area of second media content, the second media content corresponding to a first segment between a first time point of the first media content and a second time point of the first media content, and a duration of the first segment being less than a duration of the first media content; and performing a favoriting operation on the second media content in response to detecting an input signal from the first input area.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosed provides an interaction method and device, a storage medium, and a computer program product, including displaying an input control during a process of playing a first media content through a playback control in an interaction interface; obtaining input information of a current user from the input control; displaying the input information and associated information of the input information; and judging whether the input information and the associated information meet a preset condition, and displaying a second media content based on a result of the judging.

Based on the second query representation, a plurality of documents are identified as being related to the query and a semantic distance between the query and the plurality of documents is determined based on the dynamic norm.

Each of the retrieved documents is projected to a point on a K-dimensional map based on its N-dimensional compact representation so that projected document points in the K-dimensional map maintain the relative distances among the retrieved documents in the N-dimensional space. Regions in the K-dimensional map associated with a concept are identified. A label is generated for each concept in each identified region. Then generated labels are rendered on the K-dimensional map in a corresponding region identified.

The auxiliary power unit includes a stirling engine that is connected to the heat pipe, and an transmission shaft that is driven by the stirling engine. The transmission unit is disposed between the main output shaft and the transmission shaft for transmitting torque from the transmission shaft to the main output shaft.

Abstract: A steering device for a surfboard includes a steering unit, a driving unit and a transmitting unit. The steering unit is operable for controlling a movement of the surfboard. The driving unit includes a base seat secured to a board body of the surfboard, a rotatable linking member disposed in the base seat, and a drive arm mounted with a handle. The drive arm is rotatable and substantially untwistable, is connected to the linking member, and extends outwardly of the base seat. Rotation of the drive arm drives the linking member to rotate, thereby driving operation of the steering unit via the transmitting unit.

Abstract: An air conditioning system includes an air conditioning unit and an electricity generating unit. The air conditioning unit includes an expansion valve, an evaporator, a compressor and a condenser that cooperate to form a first coolant circulating loop for circulation of a first coolant. The electricity generating unit includes a heat radiator disposed adjacent to the evaporator, a heat absorber coupled to the heat radiator and disposed adjacent to the condenser, a turbine coupled between the heat radiator and the heat absorber, and an electricity generator coupled to the turbine. The heat radiator, the heat absorber and the turbine cooperate to form a second coolant circulating loop for circulation of a second coolant. The electricity generator converts mechanical energy from the turbine into electricity.

Abstract: Method, system, and programs for information search and retrieval. A query is received and is processed to generate a feature-based vector that characterizes the query. A unified representation is then created based on the feature-based vector, that integrates semantic and feature based characterizations of the query. Information relevant to the query is then retrieved from an information archive based on the unified representation of the query. A query response is generated based on the retrieved information relevant to the query and is then transmitted to respond to the query.

Abstract: A water motorcycle includes a motorized surfboard unit having a deck portion and driven by a drive motor, and a motorbike frame unit detachably mounted on the deck portion by means of retaining hook units. The motorbike frame unit includes a seat module provided with a rider's seat, and a handle module provided with an upright handlebar frame. The surfboard unit can be used independently for surfing or combined with the motorbike frame unit to function as a water motorcycle.
