The semiconductor manufacturing process prediction method includes the following steps. A plurality of process data are obtained. According to the process data, a machine learning model is used to execute prediction and obtain a prediction confidence and a prediction yield. Whether the prediction confidence is lower than a predetermined level is determined. If the prediction confidence is lower than the predetermined level, the machine learning model is modified. According to the process data, the prediction yield is adjusted.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a homogeneous anion exchange membrane produced by subjecting a hydrophilic monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated group to free radical polymerization with a quaternary ammonium salt having an ethylenically unsaturated group, a crosslinking agent, and a photoinitiator. A molar ratio of the hydrophilic monomer to the quaternary ammonium salt is in a range from 1:0.1 to 1:0.7. A biosensing membrane prepared from the homogeneous anion exchange membrane is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A digital music conversion device for converting digital music files in a first format into ones in a second format. The converted digital music files are stored in a portable recording medium. Using the disclosed conversion device, a digital music file in the first format that occupies a larger storage space is converted into one that occupies less space. Therefore, the latter can be stored in a portable storage medium. In comparison with the prior art, the invention does not need a computer to perform file format conversions and has simpler operations.

    Abstract: A dental syringe for dentists, especially a holding means thereof for holding a nozzle, is disclosed. The holding means has a rear tube threadingly engaging with a head of the dental syringe, and a front tube threadingly engaging with the rear tube. An inner barrel is slidably contained in the front and the rear tube, and an outer barrel slidably covers the tubes. A nozzle can be inserted into the inner tube and after a nib thereof, whose diameter is smaller than the nozzle itself, extends through a central opening defined in the bottom of the inner tube. A plurality of balls, formerly blocked by the outer surface of the inner tube, falls and engages with a circular groove defined in the nozzle thus securely fixing the nozzle there. At this time the outer barrel is pushed forward by a spring to press the balls. By pulling the outer barrel backward, the pressing will be released and the balls will be pushed back by the front rim of the inner barrel under the force of another spring.
