Abstract: A ball carrier apparatus including: a main body defining a chamber in which balls or the like can be accommodated, the main body being formed with a window communicating the chamber with outer side, whereby the balls or the like can be placed into the chamber or taken out of the chamber; and a valve sleeve reciprocally movably fitted around the main body. In a blocking position, the valve sleeve shuts off the window of the main body. However, in the case that an external force is applied to the valve sleeve to move the valve sleeve away from the window, the valve sleeve unblocks the window, permitting the balls or the like to get into or get out of the chamber.

Abstract: A safety device for pneumatic staplers includes a control pin movably connected to the barrel of the stapler and the control pin has a first groove and a second groove, wherein the first groove has a depth deeper than that of the second groove. A trigger pivotably connected to the barrel has two sidewalls and each side wall has a protrusion which is engaged with one of the first and second grooves. A push plate has a first end pivotably connected between the two sidewalls of the trigger and a second end of the push plate has a tongue extending axially therefrom. The push plate is located beside a pneumatic switch of the stapler. A safety link is movably connected to the barrel and an end of the safety link is located corresponding to the tongue of the push plate. If the trigger is pulled before the safety link is pushed against an object, the tongue is not pushed and co-moved with the safety link so that the pneumatic switch will not be activated.

Abstract: A roofing washers assembly includes a plurality of stacked roofing washers and a positioning roofing washer is located at an end of the stacked roofing washers. An elongate holding member has a removable end piece connected to a first end thereof and the end piece extends through the central aperture in each of the stacked roofing washers and the positioning aperture of the positioning roofing washer. The end piece has expandable spikes which are pushed inward when passing through the positioning washer and then expand outward after the spikes go through the positioning aperture. The end piece is disengaged from the holding member when the holding member is pulled from a second end thereof.

Abstract: A positioning device for an electric nailer which comprises a case which is movably received in a barrel composed of two side walls. A driving member is received in the case and includes two disks on two ends of a shaft. Each disk has a plurality of teeth extending radially outward from an outer periphery thereof so as to be engaged with and to drive a nail chain. A crank member extends through the driving member. One of the disks has at least one recess defined in an outside thereof and a spring and a bead are respectively received in the at least one recess. The second part has a plurality of positioning dents defined in an inside thereof so that the bead is engaged with one of the dents when the driving member rotates.

Abstract: A caulking gun includes a gun body, a connector secured on an end of the gun body, and a hanging hook adjustably positioned on the connector. Thus, the angle and position of the suspension portion of the hanging hook can be adjusted arbitrarily so as to fit the user's practical requirement. In addition, the positioning bosses of the hanging hook are positioned in the positioning holes of the connector, so that the hanging hook is combined with the connector rigidly and stably.

Abstract: A flat strap structure including at least one metal reinforcing wire and a strap made of plastic material by molding. The metal reinforcing wire is integrally embedded in the plastic strap. The metal reinforcing wire is formed of flexible metal wire or steel cable or is composed of electrically conductive wires enclosed by a layer of cable. The metal reinforcing wire serves to enhance the shear strength and tension strength of the flat strap to ensure safety in use of the flat strap. In addition, the electrically conductive wires can conduct current to transmit electric signal.

The power pack includes a first terminal and two first clamping plates, and the compressor includes a second terminal and two second clamping plates. The first terminal is clamped between the two second clamping plates and the second terminal is clamped between the two first clamping plates. The power pack includes a detecting pad for detecting the temperature of the power pack so that the user knows abnormal situation when using the power pack.

Abstract: A nailer includes a gun body, a safety lever, a push device, and a contact trigger device. The push device includes an urging member, and a torsion spring, and the contact trigger device includes a mounting member, an O-ring, an elongated contact member, and an elastic member. The torsion spring has an elastic force smaller than that of the elastic member. Thus, the nailer is operated only when the first end of the safety lever is initially pressed on a workpiece and the trigger is then pressed, thereby providing a safety function to the user.

Abstract: A muffler is received in a passage of an end member connected to a handle of the staple gun and a fitting extends from the end member so as to be connected to a hose. The muffler includes a tubular body and a plurality of plates extend from an end of the tubular body. The plats extend toward an interior of the handle and form a bullet-head-shaped arrangement. Gaps are defined between the plates and become smaller when air goes outward from the handle so as to reduce noise.

One end of the adjusting body is installed with a clamping sheet and a retaining bar and an adjusting button is installed in the retaining bar. The clamping portion is formed with a plurality of grooves. The clamping sheet is installed to the clamping portion and the retaining bar is buckled to one groove; and then the adjusting button is tightened so as to fix the adjusting body to the base. An upper side of the adjusting body is hollowed. A flat surface is formed between each two grooves. A structure for adjusting the elevation is added so that the problem that the wood floor is too thin or too thick can be resolved.

Abstract: A safety switch of a screwdriver comprises a trigger pivotally installed on the driver body; a push unit in a receiving space being installed within the trigger. One end of a safety rod is installed at a front end of the driver body; and another end thereof is installed at the trigger. The safety rod is movable for pushing the push unit. The push unit comprises a torsion spring one end of which resists against the buckle for restoring the trigger; an ejecting unit resisting against the buckle one end of which is formed with a bevel for pushing a valve rod of the driver body so as to trigger a screwdriver; and an elastomer one end of which is hooked to the ejecting unit; and another end of which is hooked to the trigger.

Abstract: A cord taking-up and releasing device includes a main body consisting of a housing, a turning knob on a top of the housing, and a seat below the housing; a taking-up and releasing unit received in the housing and including a first shaft connected at an upper end to the turning knob and at a lower end to a retaining gear; and a cord-winding unit mounted on the seat of the main body and including a reel having an upper end engaged with the retaining gear, a lower end rotatably connected to a second shaft, and a middle portion, to which two ends of a cord are tied. Through manipulation of the turning knob, the taking-up and releasing unit brings the cord-winding unit to quickly take up or release the cord tied to the reel without being affected by the length of the cord wound around the reel.

Abstract: A portable electronic air compressor includes a housing, and a main body mounted in the housing. The main body includes an air storage device, an actuating device, a reduction device, a motor, a control circuit, and a direct current air supply. Thus, the air compressor is portable, thereby facilitating the user carrying the air compressor. In addition, the volume of the main body of the air compressor is greatly reduced by provision of the direct current air supply, the miniature motor, the reduction device and the control circuit, so that the air compressor occupies a smaller space.

Abstract: A nailer includes a main body provided with a contact switch, an adjusting member movably mounted on the main body, a trigger mounted on the adjusting member to move therewith, and a stepped press plate mounted on the trigger to move therewith. Abstract: A caulking gun includes a gun body, a plurality of washers mounted in the receiving barrel of the gun body, and a washer positioning device mounted on the washers and includes a thread extended through the through hole of each of the washers and having an upper end provided with a pull ring and a lower end formed with a fixing portion rested on a lowermost one of the washers. Thus, the lower end of the thread is directly formed with the fixing portion, so that the laminated washers are mounted on the thread easily and rapidly.
