  • Patent number: 8884530
Abstract: An intelligent illuminating device includes at least one lamp being installable onto an object, the lamp having at least one light emitting unit and at least one light collecting unit, a light beam of the light emitting unit being projected out as the lamp turned on, the light collecting unit corresponding to a targeted region, each light collecting unit having a MCU and a PWM unit. Under this arrangement, when the light collecting unit acquires the brightness value of the targeted region, the brightness value is transmitted to the MCU and compared with a predetermined brightness value, so that a difference value is obtained and transmitted to the PWM unit; hence, the light emitting unit is controlled by the PWM unit to project a light beam with a designated intensity.

  • Patent number: 8845153
Abstract: A high beam and low beam combination lamp for a bicycle includes a main body, a lens, a downward light source and a straight light source, the main body having a receiving space defined thereon, the receiving space having a first surface and a second surface formed therein, the lens being assembled in the receiving space and corresponding to the second surface, the downward light source being assembled with the first surface, parts of the light beam of the downward light source obliquely passing through the receiving space so as to form a low beam lighting region, the straight light source being assembled with the second surface, the light beam of the straight light source passing through the lens so as to form a high beam lighting region.

  • Publication number: 20140233250
Abstract: An intelligent light device for a vehicle includes a light body, a light-controlling unit, a light-emitting unit and a condensing lens. The light-controlling unit has a MCU and a PWM. The light-controlling unit is used to sense a first illumination level of a surrounding area of a light projection region. Wherein when the MCU receives a signal of the first illumination level, the MCU generates one command of a difference value between a preset illumination level and the first illumination level; and then, the MCU transmits one command to the PWM; thereafter, the PWM adjusts a second illumination level of the light-emitting unit according to one command from the MCU so as to achieve a third illumination level of the light projection region.

  • Patent number: 8651706
Abstract: An illuminator arrangement with less heat intervention includes a reflecting body having a top opening and a bottom opening, a lens assembled above the top opening, an aluminum base assembled at the bottom opening, at least one heat pipe extended from the aluminum base, a light source assembled on the aluminum base, the heat pipe being made of the material which is a good heat conductor. Under this arrangement, the aluminum base could be moved up and down relative to the top opening so that the light source on the aluminum base could move toward the lens or moves away from the lens so as to diffuse light or focus light. Furthermore, the heat pipe dissipates the heat generated by the light source away from the reflecting body.

  • Publication number: 20130335955
Abstract: A flashlight includes a housing, a LED light source and an asymmetrical biconvex lens. The light source is coupled to the housing for generating a light for illumination. The biconvex lens is formed by injection-molding a resin material, for condensing the light generated by the LED light source into a concentrated light beam having a pattern of consistent brightness. The biconvex lens is located a given distance away from the LED light source. The biconvex lens includes opposing first and second spherical surfaces. The first spherical surface is closest to the LED light source with a first radius of curvature; and the second spherical surface being farthest from the LED light source with a second radius of curvature. And the first radius of curvature is substantially at least five times more than the second radius of curvature.

  • Publication number: 20130176740
Abstract: A lens device for focusing or diffusing light beams includes a lens body having a flat sheet, a first convex lens extruded away from one end of the flat sheet, a second convex lens extruded away from another end of the flat sheet, the distance between an apex of the first convex lens and the center of the bottom of the first convex lens being larger than the distance between an apex of the second convex lens and the center of the bottom of the second convex lens. Although the surface of the first convex lens is not flawless after the compression molding and light beams cannot be refracted uniformly by the first convex lens, the second convex lens refracts the light beams for pre-adjusting before the light beams are refracted by the first convex lens.
