When the handle is at the closed position, if the spindle is slid from the first position to the second position, the locking tongue gradually extends outside from the main body. When the handle is at the closed position, if the spindle is not at the first position, the hook can hook the main body. The first elastic member biases the spindle to slide to the second position.
