  • Publication number: 20090068449
Abstract: A vacuum chamber having a TiO2 target and a base therein is first provided wherein a plastic substrate is fixed onto the base. After that, a plasma gas consisting of argon and oxygen is filled into the vacuum chamber. The filling pressure of the plasma gas is in the range of 1˜10 Pa and the flow ratio of argon to oxygen thereof is in the range of 9:1˜7:1. Finally, an anatase TiO2 layer is formed on the plastic substrate by sputtering, wherein the temperature of the plastic substrate is kept between 50˜180 during the sputtering.

  • Publication number: 20080158779
Abstract: A flexible super capacitor including a pair of flexible electrodes and a separator film is disclosed. Each flexible electrode includes a carbon fiber layer and a collector formed on a surface of the carbon fiber layer. The pair of flexible electrodes has two outer surfaces, and the collector layers are formed on the outer surfaces of the pair of the flexible electrodes. The separator film is disposed between the flexible electrodes. The collector layer would be formed on the carbon fiber layer with surface metalizing the carbon fiber layer. A method for fabricating the flexible electrode of the flexible super capacitor is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20080156637
Abstract: A method for forming photoelectric conversion substrate is provided. First, a conductive substrate is fixed onto a base in a vacuum chamber having a TiO2 target therein. After that, the vacuum chamber is heated so that the temperature therein is kept between 70˜100° C. Then, a plasma gas consisting of argon and oxygen is filled into the vacuum chamber. The filling pressure of the plasma gas is in the range of 1˜10 Pa and the flow ratio of argon to oxygen thereof is in the range of 9:1˜7:1. Finally, an anatase TiO2 layer is formed on the conductive substrate by sputtering. A method for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell is also disclosed in the specification.

  • Publication number: 20080105300
Abstract: A solar cell includes a pair of electrodes, an electrolyte and a titanium dioxide layer. The electrolyte is positioned between the electrodes. The titanium dioxide layer is positioned between one of the electrodes and the electrolyte. Furthermore, the titanium dioxide layer has a rough surface opposite the electrolyte, and a range of ratios of oxygen ions to titanium ions is about 2˜1.9 in the titanium dioxide layer.

  • Publication number: 20030107889
Abstract: Each of light bulb assemblies of a light bulb series of the present invention comprises following elements. A base body is having a receiving cavity inside and two conductor holes are positioned in its bottom. An aligning block, configured on a bottom surface of the receiving cavity, held around with an annular frame are respectively positioned two penetrating openings on both sides of the aligned block. A soft holder, holding a light bulb, inserted into the receiving cavity are configured two terminal conductor wires, which are respectively passing through those conductor holes, electrically coupling within its bottom edge. A base plug is formed by configured two fixed pieces on a plate body, wherein two fixed pieces are respectively having a rectangle-like extension portion in a top end and passing through those penetrating openings and positioned in both sides of the soft holder. A light bulb inserted into the soft fuse of the soft holder is hooded by a light bulb housing, which is fixed on the base body.

  • Publication number: 20030027477
Abstract: A manufacturing method of Christmas lamp bulb with multiple light spots is proposed. The upper half of a glass pipe is processed by blowing to form a bulb body, and a bulb head is simultaneously formed at the top end of the bulb body by blowing. Next, a mold is used for the step of integral die-casting to form various kinds of strips and patterns on the surface of the bulb body. A light-emitting device is then installed in the bulb body. Subsequently, air in the bulb body is extracted out to vacuate the inside of the bulb body. Finally, a sealing operation is performed to the bulb body to finish a Christmas lamp bulb. Through modification of the surface structure, diversified lighting effects can be produced to effectively set off a string of lamps, hence achieving a better decorative effect.
