    Abstract: A modified cutinase is disclosed. The cutinase has the modified amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the modification is a substitution of asparagine at position 181 with alanine, or substitutions of asparagine at position 181 with alanine and phenylalanine at position 235 with leucine. The modified enzyme has improved PET-hydrolytic activity, and thus, the high-activity PET hydrolase is obtained, and the industrial application value of the PET hydrolase is enhanced.

The method then generates a filtered decoded picture including the filtered-reconstructed current block.

The “N” length of the patches extends in the elevation direction of a scanned 2D image plane, with the single element width extending in the lateral (azimuth) direction. Focusing is done along each patch in the elevation direction by a microbeamformer, and focusing in the lateral (azimuth) direction is done by the system beamformer. The minimal width of each patch in the azimuth direction enables the production of images highly resolved in the azimuthal plane of a 2D image, including the reception of highly resolved multilines for high frame rate imaging.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for Adaptive Loop Filter (ALF) processing of reconstructed video are disclosed. According to one implementation, a method receives reconstructed pixels of a current block and determines one or more clipping values for the ALF processing, wherein a target clipping value is always signaled at an encoder side or parsed at a decoder side even if the target clipping value is zero. The method then derives a current ALF output for the current block, wherein the current ALF output has a weighted sum of clipped differences and each of the original differences is calculated between a first reconstructed pixel at a non-center filter location and a center reconstructed pixel at a center filter location, and each of the original differences is clipped according to a corresponding clipping value to form one clipped difference. The method then provides filtered-reconstructed pixels.
