  • Publication number: 20070006688
Abstract: A T-shaped ratchet wrench having a main body and a force-applying auxiliary arm. The main body includes a cross shaft and a working shaft. A ratchet driving mechanism having a change-over selector is disposed within an intersection position of both shafts. Each end of the cross shaft having an annular groove, and the working shaft has a polygonal head for inserting into a sleeve. Furthermore, the working shaft includes an annular groove in close vicinity to the cross shaft. The force-applying auxiliary arm includes an internal hole for mounting on either end of the working shaft or the cross shaft of the main body. The force-applying auxiliary arm has one end with an engaging socket and another end with a handle portion.

  • Publication number: 20060065082
Abstract: A socket driving head for a box end wrench having a main body, a quick-release bolt, a lock pin and an engaging steel ball. The main body consists of a polygonal member having a shape corresponding to that of a closed loop of the wrench. A semi-closed pin hole for movably receiving the lock pin by use of a first spring is provided at one side of a lower end of the polygonal member and communicated with a longitudinal hole of the main body. The main body further includes a polygonal neck with a ball hole. The quick-release bolt is received in the longitudinal hole of the main body by use of a second spring. Moreover, the quick-release bolt includes two arched recesses for receiving the lock pin and the engaging steel ball, respectively. Accordingly, an unexpected detachment of the socket driving head from the wrench is avoided.

  • Patent number: 6898998
Abstract: The invention relates to a T-handle ratchet wrench including a lateral bar and a ratchet set. The lateral bar has a hollow connection part located in the center of the lateral bar and used for installing the ratchet set. Two flanks of the lateral bar make up a handgrip, respectively. The top of ratchet set is provided with a rotation button while a vertical bar extends downwardly from the rotation button. At least one of the handgrips includes a pivotal ear with a through hole, and the pivotal ear can be fitted into an insertion slot with a through hole at the free end of the lateral bar. A pivotal pin then passes through the through hole in the pivotal ear and the through hole in the insertion slot. This permits a pivotal movement of the handgrip on the pivotal pin. Accordingly, this configuration will considerably minimize the occupied space in packing, transport, storage and carrying. Particularly, the operators can more easily apply his force on the driver under special operation environments.

  • Publication number: 20040103763
Abstract: The present invention relates to a T-handle ratchet wrench which includes a connection part located in the center of a main bar, while two flanks make up a handgrip. A driver extension goes through the connection part and a ratchet set can be assembled right inside the connection part. Meanwhile, a non-circular driver head or female part at the other end can attach onto various size sockets, thereby completing a simple T-handle ratchet wrench. In addition, the ratchet wrench has telescopic bars attached to the sides of the handgrip that can extend the length of the handgrip, which makes it easier for one to handle.
