  • Publication number: 20190307210
Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates a manufacturing method of a vamp with an embossed pattern comprising: (1) providing a plain cloth. (2) heating the plain cloth by an oven to soften the plain cloth. (3) cooling the plain cloth and forming an embossed pattern on the plain cloth by a cold pressing roller, and the cold pressing roller provided with a predetermined pattern. (4) forming an embossed layer with the embossed pattern on the plain cloth. Because of the cold pressing roller, a depth of the cooled embossed layer is the same as a depth of the predetermined pattern. Hence, the embossed pattern can maintain its appearance.

  • Patent number: 10214854
Abstract: A method of dyeing knitted fabrics and fabric and vamp fabric with predetermined color using the same are provided. The method includes steps of: providing a plain knitted fabric; entirely spray dyeing the fabric by dye liquor containing nano-particles through the printing and spraying process; executing a high temperature process or a steam process of a thermally drying process to the dyed knitted fabric so that the nano-particles can attach into the fabric of the knitted fabric, and forming the knitted fabric with the predetermined color after the knitted fabric is dyed. The fabric and the dyeing method provided can therefore reduce the production of sewage effectively.

  • Publication number: 20170246831
Abstract: A plastic fabric using a different-melting point core-sheath structure fiber comprises a top layer fabric, a support layer, and a bottom layer fabric. The top layer fabric is fabricated with a different-melting point fiber, which comprises a core-sheath structure including a core and a sheath wrapping the core. The core has a melting point higher than that of the sheath. The bottom layer fabric is disposed on one side of the top layer fabric. The support layer is disposed between the top layer fabric and the bottom layer fabric. As the core has a melting point higher than that of the sheath, the different-melting point fiber has superior dimensional stability and permanent shape memory after heat treatment for plastic shaping.

  • Publication number: 20170172258
Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates a vamp with an embossed pattern. The vamp includes plain cloth and an embossed layer. The plain cloth is breathable fabric blended with hot-melt adhesive yarn. The embossed layer is formed on the plain cloth by a cold press process performed with cold press apparatus. The embossed layer formed on the vamp serves as a predetermined design pattern or as a structural reinforcement. The herein described process of manufacturing the vamp may be used as a basis to improve the manufacturing efficiency and quality of the vamp to produce a high quality shoe product at a reasonable price. The resulting shoe product has present-day desired characteristics and features beyond those provided in shoes made with conventional vamps, and may include added comfort, specific protection features and appear aesthetically appealing and fashionable.

  • Patent number: 8959691
Abstract: A weaving method of a three-dimensional vamp includes the steps of: weaving yarn by a warp-knitting machine to form a top vamp by a first part needle bar of the warp-knitting machine which is interactively woven with a bottom vamp formed by a second part needle bar of the warp-knitting machine so as to form a tube-shaped fabric; cutting the tube-shaped fabric to form a sock-shaped fabric; disposing the sock-shaped fabric on a shoe last; and heating the sock-shaped fabric to tighten the sock-shaped fabric in order to seal the shoe last and consequently obtain the three-dimensional vamp. The heat shrinkable and irreversible properties of a high shrinkage yarn or hot melt yarn are used to seal the sock-shaped fabric with the shoe last, thereby achieving the substantial physical properties. The turner cost and the fabric flotsam can be reduced by the process of manufacturing the integrally formed vamp.

  • Publication number: 20130129979
Abstract: A method for manufacturing fabrics with artificial leather textile feeling includes steps of: first, knitting a high shrinkage fiber and a first superfine fiber to form a plurality of warp knitted terries to obtain an upper fabric with a surface and a back surface; next, spraying mists including a plurality of liquid particles composed of a setting resin on the surface of the upper fabric such that the liquid particles adhere to the warp knitted terries; then heating the upper fabric to a processing temperature and rolling the upper fabric through a rolling equipment to set the setting resin to prohibit warping of the warp knitted terries against the surface of the upper fabric, and form a preset pattern thereon; and finally bonding the back surface of the upper fabric to a lower fabric via an adhesive to form an artificial leather fabric with excellent air permeability.

  • Publication number: 20110300350
Abstract: A performance textile having gas permeable and protective functions includes a flexible fabric and a gas permeable fabric arranged on the flexible fabric. The flexible fabric includes a joining surface. The gas permeable fabric has a plurality of contact regions connecting to the joining surface and a plurality of bulged regions adjacent to the contact regions. The bulged regions and the joining surface form a chamber between them to contain gas. The flexible fabric changes from an un-stretched condition to a stretched condition when subjecting to a force. During change of the conditions the bulged regions move towards the joining surface so that a volume change occurs to the chamber and the pressure in the chamber increases to force the gas to pass through the flexible fabric to provide greater gas permeability.
