Abstract: An interactive speech correcting method is provided. The method includes the steps of (a) providing a reference speech, (b) receiving a user speech, (c) analyzing the user speech and the reference speech, (d) creating a speech parameter, (e) proceeding a speech correction by using the speech parameter and the user speech, and (f) outputting a corrected speech.

Abstract: A speech input apparatus having a speech input from a user and the method therefor are provided. The speech input apparatus includes a speech template unit providing a plurality of speech templates, an I/O interface outputting and switching the plurality of speech templates to the user to be selected in response to the speech, a speech recognition unit recognizing the speech to provide a result; a database unit storing data; and a search unit searching the database unit for specific data in response to the result.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a text-to-speech system, including a text processor dividing a first text data and a second text data from a text string having at least a first language and a second language; a database including a plurality of acoustic units commonly used by the first and second languages; a first speech synthesis unit and a second speech synthesis unit generating a first speech data corresponding to the first text data and a second speech data corresponding to the second text data respectively by using the plurality of acoustic units; and a prosody processor optimizing prosodies of the first and second speech data.

Abstract: A method and a device for speech synthesizing are provided. The method is used for generating a speech answer in a speech dialogue system, in which the speech dialogue system includes a speech recognizing process for recognizing a speech input inputted from a user to generate a textual answer.
