    Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer, a gate insulating layer, a gate, a source and a drain. The semiconductor layer is located above the substrate. The gate insulating layer is located above the semiconductor layer. The gate is located above the gate insulating layer and overlapping with the semiconductor layer. The gate includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion. The first portion is extending along the surface of the gate insulating layer and directly in contact with the gate insulating layer. The second portion is separated from the gate insulating layer. Taking the surface of the gate insulating layer as a reference, the top surface of the second portion is higher than the top surface of the first portion. The third portion connects the first portion to the second portion. The source and the drain are electrically connected to the semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a magnetophorisis measuring system, comprising a microscope device, a magnetic field generator, an image capturing unit, and a processing unit. The microscope device is utilized to magnify a sample liquid having a plurality of objects respectively having a plurality of magnetic particles. The magnetic field generator is utilized to provide an external magnetic field on the sample liquid such that the objects are moved by the external magnetic field. The image capturing unit is utilized to capture a dynamic image with respect to the fluid sample in a view field of the microscope device. The processing unit receives the dynamic image, automatically detects and locks moving objects, determines a motion status corresponding to each object, and quantifies the magnetic particles according to motion status of each object.

    Abstract: A wire fastening band is made by a soft material and can be sheathed on a wire by using a commissure formed on a sleeve. The sleeve is extended with a wrapping member to fix and fasten the collected wire. The sleeve on the wire is also formed with a first fastening member, a second fastening member, and a first corresponding fastening member. The first fastening member is fastened with the first corresponding fastening member to fix the sheathed wire, and then the second fastening member is fastened with a second corresponding fastening member on the wrapping member to quickly and conveniently fix and fasten the collected wire.

    Abstract: A single pull wire winding device comprises a wire winding reel; the wire winding reel has two recesses respectively on both surfaces thereof for containing a flexible printed board and a coil spring, the wire winding reel having a peripheral groove on its periphery for containing a power connection wire, and a bulkhead on one side of the peripheral groove has at least one stopping portion; a switch is provided within the containing groove along a tangential direction of the wire winding reel so that the stopping block of the switch engages with the stopping portion of the wire winding reel to stop the rotation of the wire winding reel. Thus, the present invention, wherein a flatter flexible printed board is used to substitute for a portion of a thicker power connection wire to reduce the volume of the assembled device, is widely applied to various electronic products.

    Abstract: An ear hanger for fixing a transmission line comprises a frame, a first containing section, a second containing section and a third containing section. The frame includes a hook portion and an abutting portion. The hook portion is formed at the upper end of the frame. The abutting portion is formed at the lower end of the frame. The first containing section is shaped along the hook portion and has a first opening. The second containing section is shaped along the abutting portion and has a second opening. The third containing section is shaped along the abutting portion, located between the first containing section, and the third containing section has a third opening. The third opening is opened on the side opposite to the positions where the first opening and the second opening are opened. Thus, the transmission line can be firmly mounted and is not easy to fall off.

    Abstract: An over-the-ear hook is a one-piece tube that can hold an earphone for conducting sounds to the wearer's ear canal. The tube can be adjustable to the wearer's ear shape so as to allow the over-the-ear hook to rest securely behind any wearer's ear. To form an integral unit comprising the over-the-ear hook and the earphone: snugly ensconce the cable of said earphone in the groove cut in the surface of said tube as the opening of the groove is smaller than the diameter of said cable. The earphone can be easily detached from the over-the-ear hook after use for separate storage. Under the circumstances, the earphone cable needs not enlacing the over-the-ear hook for space-saving storage and would not be damaged thereof.

    Abstract: The present invention is to provide a folding earphone comprising a narrow elongated hollow body having a protruding transmitter unit at one end thereof. The transmitter unit has a speaker and a cable extending from the speaker toward the inside thereof for connecting to an external electronic apparatus, a narrow elongated groove extending outwards from a bottom side to a pivot end thereof. A receiver unit receivable in the narrow elongated groove has a free end mounted with a microphone and a fixed end pivotally coupled to the pivot end of the body, enabling the receiver unit to be turned relative to the body between a non-operative position where the free end is received inside the narrow elongated groove and an operative position where the free end is moved out of the narrow elongated groove.
