    Abstract: The present application provides a method for bluing anthocyanin, including: mixing anthocyanin with a protein to obtain a mixed solution; and bluing the anthocyanin through standing treatment of the mixed solution. The method includes no high hydrostatic pressure treatment. A concentration of the anthocyanin in the mixed solution ranges from 0.05 mM to 0.2 m. The anthocyanin is cyanidin-3-glucoside, the protein is selected from human serum albumin or lysozyme, a final concentration of the human serum albumin, if present, in the mixed solution ranges from 0.1 mM to 2 mM, and a final concentration of the lysozyme, if present, ranges from 0.8 mM to 1.5 mM. Alternatively, the anthocyanin is malvidin-3-glucoside, the protein is selected from human serum albumin or bovine serum albumin, and the final concentration ranges from 0.1 mM to 0.5 mM. A pH value of the mixed solution ranges from 5.0 to 9.0.

    Abstract: An emulation system traverses trace buffers to read data captured from a design under test (DUT). The emulation system receives a request to read at least a portion of DUT data. The emulation system reads a header of the latest sample of the DUT data, where header of each sample of the DUT data includes one or more pointers to a previously stored sample. The samples of the DUT data are partitioned into frames and sectors. The emulation system can identify samples of the DUT data using the pointers in the header of the samples and compare time stamps of the samples against a specified time stamp in the received request. After identifying a sample having the specified time stamp, the emulation system may read the sample for output to the user (e.g., reconstructing a waveform using the sample).

    Abstract: A sulfhydryl modified hyaluronic acid has a high mercaptan content, and a small change in the molecular mass of the main chain molecule, and has a significantly improved viscosity, water retention, and oxidation resistance. It is prepared from hyaluronic acid modified by acryl-based compounds and polysulfhydryl compounds by means of the Michael addition reaction of mercaptan and conjugated double bonds. The preparation method can flexibly control the structure and composition of a synthesized product, the type and content of the terminal functional group of a large number of compound molecules, etc. The use of a reagent having high biocompatibility effectively controls the production cost and reduces the toxicity during the synthesis.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a hydrogel of a mercapto-modified macromolecular compound includes the steps of combining the mercapto-modified macromolecular compound with an acrylated macromolecular compound and/or an acrylated micromolecular crosslinker. The mercapto-modified macromolecular compound can be crosslinked with the acrylated macromolecular compound and/or the acrylated micromolecular crosslinker under physiological conditions to form the hydrogel. Due to the rapid mercapto-vinyl crosslinking reaction, the formed hydrogel system can be quickly gelled in situ after being injected into the body. The hydrogel is thus suitable for use in the fields of biomedicine, medical cosmetic plastic surgery and cosmetics.

    Abstract: Hyperbranched cationic polymers are described. The polymers employ a 4-branching monomer resulting in an increase in the number of functional terminal groups due to the extra branching units, providing excellent transfection efficiency and cytocompatibility in different cell types, including aADSC, HeLa, Neu7 and RDEB keratinocytes, and delivering different genetic therapy approaches such GFP plasmid DNA and a ribonucleoprotein CRISP-Cas 9 complex for COL7A1 exon 80 skipping.
