A dimension reduction module reduces dimensionality of the multi-dimensional comparison results to produce a dimension-reduced set of comparison results. A clustering module identifies groupings of similar scans based on the dimension-reduced set of comparison results.

    Abstract: A motor driving circuit, the motor itself, and a motor driving method are disclosed. The circuit includes a controllable bidirectional alternating current (AC) switch and a processing unit, a voltage polarity of the AC power source and zero voltage crossing point of an AC power source being detected, together with a magnetic pole position of a permanent-magnet rotor, to govern the operation of the AC switch. When the controllable bidirectional AC switch is to be switched on, a trigger pulse is output after a delay time after the zero voltage crossing point, such that a phase difference between a back electromotive force and current flowing through the stator winding is decreased.

    Abstract: In solid polymer electrolyte fuel cells, an oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalyst may be incorporated at the anode along with the primary hydrogen oxidation catalyst for purposes of tolerance to voltage reversal. Incorporating this OER catalyst in a layer at the interface between the anode's primary hydrogen oxidation anode catalyst and its gas diffusion layer can provide greatly improved tolerance to voltage reversal for a given amount of OER catalyst. Further, this improvement can be gained without sacrificing cell performance.

The epitaxial layer on the substrate has a trench having a sidewall and a bottom. The electrode inside the trench is coated subsequently by the surrounding-oxide layer, the surrounding-nitride layer and the remnant-oxide layer. The gate formed on the gate oxide layer is separated from the electrode sequentially by the gate oxide layer, the surrounding-nitride layer and the surrounding-oxide layer. The P-body region and the source region, formed at the epitaxial layer, are separated from the gate by the gate oxide layer. The interlayer dielectric covers the source region and the gate. The source electrode covers the P-body region and the interlayer dielectric, and contacts the source region.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a recombinant chicken interleukin-1? protein for producing antibody early and retaining for a longer period of time, which has a sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:3. The recombinant chicken interleukin-1? protein is created by using point mutation in a genetic engineering method; it can significantly improve the original vaccine efficacy to enhance antibody responses, produce antibody one week earlier and extend the protective effect until chickens sold off. Therefore, the recombinant chicken interleukin-1? protein of the present invention can produce significant higher antibody responses than the with-type chicken interleukin-1? protein, it helps to develop avian interleikin-1? vaccine adjuvant and uses in medical application and livestock production.

The lower trench is formed by etching the epitaxial layer. The widened trench is formed by widening a portion of the trench away from a trench bottom so as to have the electrode portion and the residual oxidation layer disposed at the lower trench.
