    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display apparatus and an operating method thereof. The display apparatus includes a control unit and a display module. The control unit outputs a first signal. The display module is coupled to the control unit, and the display module continuously displays a first image in a first period based on the first signal, in which the first image has a first pattern, and a first ratio of an area of the first pattern to an area of the first image ranges from 5% to 30%. The first pattern has a first brightness at a first time point in the first period, and the first pattern has a second brightness at a second time point in the first period. The second time point is later than the first time point, and the second brightness is less than the first brightness.
