Each of a plurality of source lines and staggered bit line contacts extend through the first inter-level dielectric layer. Each of a plurality of source line vias and a plurality of staggered bit line vias extend through the second inter-level dielectric layer to each respective one of the plurality of source lines and the plurality of staggered bit line contacts. The source lines and staggered bit line contacts that extend through the first inter-level dielectric layer are formed together by a first set of fabrication processes. The system determines that a service instance is to call the software function and, in response, initiates a call request for the software function to a management component The call request includes identification information and an operation parameter of the software function, with the software function shared by a service instance and at least one further service instance deployed and stored in a converged infrastructure architecture independently from the service instance and the at least one further service instance. The system receives a response to the call request from the management component, with the response including a result of execution of the software function based on the operation parameters. The system prevents the need to deploy copies of a common software function of service instances, conserving performance and storage space, and enabling more convenient maintenance, updates, and software function calls.

A rotation speed of the magnetic disk is increased due to torque amplification and good magnetic current management of the power-driven modules, thereby achieving low power consumption and large thrust of the power-driven modules. The power generation modules generate high cutting frequency to increase power generated and meet the requirement for supplying power to the power-driven modules, thereby achieving autonomous power generation and a self-propelled motor.

    Abstract: Embodiment described herein provide a thermal treatment process following a high-pressure anneal process to keep hydrogen at an interface between a channel region and a gate dielectric layer in a field effect transistor while removing hydrogen from the bulk portion of the gate dielectric layer. The thermal treatment process can reduce the amount of threshold voltage shift caused by a high-pressure anneal. The high-pressure anneal and the thermal treatment process may be performed any time after formation of the gate dielectric layer, thus, causing no disruption to the existing process flow.

The nebulizer includes an atomizing module and a controlling module electrically connected to the atomizing module and the sensor, and the controlling module determines whether the atomizing module should be turned on based on the pressure change of the atomizing opening detected by the sensor.

In some embodiments, one or more of the item may be automatically ordered based on that item demand forecast.

    Abstract: A thermoelectric dehumidifying device includes a case, on which a first air inlet, a second air inlet, and an air outlet are provided, and in which a thermoelectric element, a condenser, a heatsink, and a fan are provided. The fan is provided between the second air inlet and the heatsink. Airflow flowing through the condenser will be cooled and dehumidified. Each fin of the condenser has a downwardly inclined bottom side, which facilitates the dripping of the water droplets condensed thereon. Said airflow will be mixed with external airflow drawn in through the second air inlet, and then blown by the fan to flow through fins of the heatsink, bringing away heat effectively and therefore improving the dehumidifying efficiency of the device.
