  • Publication number: 20240219435
Abstract: A source measure device includes a current sampling circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, an overvoltage detecting circuit, and a comparing circuit. The current sampling circuit is configured to sample a current of a device under test. The voltage sampling circuit is configured to sample a voltage of the device under test. The overvoltage detecting circuit is coupled to the current sampling circuit and the voltage sampling circuit, and receives a first operation voltage of the current sampling circuit and a second operation voltage of the voltage sampling circuit so as to generate a detection voltage. The comparing circuit is coupled to the overvoltage detecting circuit, and determines whether the detection voltage is within a voltage range. If the detection voltage is not within the voltage range, the comparing circuit generates an abnormal signal.

  • Publication number: 20140181711
Abstract: A method for an electronic device to insert objects into a note-taking software of the electronic device. The method sets an inserting rule for inserting graphical objects into the note-taking software according to a handwriting track drawn in the note-taking software. A current hand drawn object in the note-taking software is obtained. The method determines whether the current hand drawn object is a character or a control command. When the current hand drawn object is a control command, the method determines which graphical object is to be inserted into the note-taking software according to the inserting rule and the current hand drawn object, and inserts the graphical object into a user interface of the note-taking software constituted by the current hand drawn object.

  • Patent number: 7897508
Abstract: Embodiments in accordance with the present invention provide methods of forming a metal interconnect structure which avoid defects arising from copper migration. In accordance with particular embodiments, an electroplated copper feature is subjected to a brief thermal anneal prior to chemical mechanical polishing and subsequent formation of an overlying barrier layer. This thermal anneal intentionally provokes migration of the copper and resulting formation of hillocks or voids, which are then removed by a CMP step. The barrier layer may thus subsequently be formed over a defect-free surface, which has already experienced stress release along grain boundaries as a result of the thermal treatment.
