    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of water treatment technologies, and in particular to a treatment method of a leachate from hazardous waste landfill site. The key points of the technical scheme were as follows: adding sodium carbonate to the leachate to obtain a calcium carbonate residue and a first waste liquid; adding hydrochloric acid to the first waste liquid to obtain a first mixed solution; heating the first mixed solution and introducing a given amount of chlorine gas into the first mixed solution while introducing air, to obtain a second waste liquid and a first mixed gas; introducing the first mixed gas into an alkaline liquid absorption tower; heating the second waste liquid to obtain an evaporation condensate water and a concentrated liquid; centrifuging the concentrated liquid to obtain a sodium chloride wet salt and a centrifuged liquid.

The system comprises: a collection module, used for collecting infrared radiation in a detected area, and enabling the infrared radiation to be incident on an optical module; the optical module, used for obtaining, according to the incident infrared radiation, an infrared imaging spectrum in the detected area where a pesticide fog cloud cluster is distributed, and sending the infrared imaging spectrum to a processing module; the processing module, used for analyzing the infrared imaging spectrum, identifying the pesticide fog cloud, obtaining a concentration image of the pesticide fog cloud through inversion, and predicting a drifting tendency of the pesticide fog according to the concentration image.

    Abstract: A method of controlling the rate of traffic flow through an Iub interface of a Radio Network Controller is described. The method includes obtaining a licensed rate, which defines the maximum throughput permitted through the Iub interface, at the Radio Network Controller. The rate of traffic flow through the Iub interface and all Iu interfaces of the Radio Network Controller is measured, and the extent to which packet switched traffic flow through the Iub interface exceeds the licensed rate identified. If the packet switched traffic flow through the Iub interface exceeds the licensed rate, packets are dropped from traffic flow through the Iub interface to reduce the traffic flow to the licensed rate.
