Abstract: A method of extruding a polymer composite can include loading into a container feedstock material comprising a first polymer and a second polymer. A rotation-induced shear force can be established at an interface between a face of a die tool and a face of the feedstock material by rotating the feedstock material at a different rate than the die tool. An axial extrusion force can be established at the interface between the face of the die tool and the face of the feedstock material by translating the die tool relative to the container. The feedstock material can be extruded through an opening of the die tool using plastic deformation in response to the rotational shear and the axial extrusion force at the interface.

Abstract: The invention discloses a compound represented by the following general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the compound and use thereof in preventing and/or treating cancer or tumor-related diseases, in particular diseases such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, multiple myeloma, leukemia, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, human glioma and the like. The compound of the invention is expected to be developed into a new generation of anticancer drugs.
