    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for video processing. A method for video processing is proposed. The method comprises: determining, during a conversion between a current video part of a video and a bitstream of the video, a process applied to the current video part at least based on coding information of the current video part, the determined process comprises at least one of an upsampling process or an enhancement process; and performing the conversion based on the determined process. The method in accordance with the present disclosure improves the coding process of the current video unit. Compared with the conventional solution, the proposed method can advantageously improve the coding efficiency and an image/video of larger size with more pixels and better visual quality is achieved.

    Abstract: A heat-resistant sticky coating for use on a membrane or lithium ion battery separator is disclosed. The coating has at least improved dry adhesion to an electrode for a lithium ion battery. The coating includes heat-resistant particles with a water-soluble sticky polymer on their surface. The water-soluble sticky polymer may be a polyethylene oxide (PEO). The coating may also include particles of water-insoluble sticky polymer. The water-insoluble sticky polymer may be a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) homopolymer, copolymer, or terpolymer. The water-insoluble sticky polymer may be in the same layer of the coating as the heat-resistant particles with the water-soluble sticky polymer on their surface, or it may be in a different layer. A method for forming the heat-resistant sticky coating is also disclosed.

Then, a smooth value associated with an image block in the intermediate image could be determined based on a gradient of a target pixel in the image block. Further, an HR image can be generated from the intermediate image based on the smooth value. In this way, the filtering process can be performed based on a smooth value of an image block, thereby improving the efficiency of image/video processing and lowering down the computational and memory costs.
