    Abstract: Systems and methods for predicting system device failure are provided. The method includes representing device failure related data associated with the devices from a predetermined domain by temporal graphs for each of the devices. The method also includes extracting vector representations based on temporal graph features from the temporal graphs that capture both temporal and structural correlation in the device failure related data. The method further includes predicting, based on the vector representations and device failure related metrics in the predetermined domain, one or more of the devices that is expected to fail within a predetermined time.

The humic acid type fruit bagging-free film agent is prepared by: dissolving sodium alginate into water, adding TWEEN-20 and SPAN-20 after stirring evenly, and stirring for mixing to form sodium alginate solution; dissolving humic acid potassium into water, adding glycerin then mixing to form humic acid potassium solution; stirring the sodium alginate solution and the humic acid potassium solution evenly to form agent A; and dissolving calcium chloride into water to obtain agent B. When in use, the agent A is sprayed onto a fruit surface, and then agent B is sprayed. It can not only be antibacterial, anti- freezing and pest-resistant, but also shorten film-forming duration and have better film-forming property. Shading performance is improved, and problems of rough fruit surface, serious rust and dim color caused by using paper bagging can be solved.

    Abstract: A method for identifying a medium structure coupling and a fracture network morphology of a shale gas reservoir includes the following steps. Firstly, performing a fracturing test on shale cores by using a modified Brazilian disc test and categorizing the fracture network morphology. Secondly, performing a shale matrix-fracture structure and stress sensitivity test on the shale cores having different fracture network morphology. After that, determining a stress sensitivity constant of different fracture network morphology according to indoor core data and finally preparing an identification chart of the fracture network morphology based on an indoor core stress sensitivity test combined with a production practice. The identification chart can be applied to an actual fracturing well, and the fracture network morphology is directly identified by a real-time effective stress and a normalized flow.
