Patent number: 12045159Abstract: An information handling system includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores an automation test set for the information handling system, and the automation test set includes multiple test cases. The processor determines that each test case of a subset of the test cases includes a same common and time-intensive test step (CTITS). The processor creates a CTITS module based on the same CTITS in the subset test cases. The processor also creates multiple normal test cases based on the test cases of the automation test set. The processor creates a virtual test case to implement the CTITS, executes first test step code within a first normal test case, and executes second test step code within a second normal test case. In response to execution of both the first and second test step code being completed, the processor executes the CTITS via the CTITS module.Type: GrantFiled: August 1, 2022Date of Patent: July 23, 2024Assignee: Dell Products L.P.Inventors: Celine Ling Xu, Xiaowei Shen, Jinghui Zhang, Xiaoxuan Dong, Wencheng Lu

Patent number: 11823820Abstract: A PTC starter is provided. A first pin is electrically connected to a first electrode of a thermistor. The thermistor and an elastic element are arranged in respective mounting cavities. The elastic element is provided with a connecting piece, through which a second pin is electrically connected to or disconnected from a second electrode of the thermistor. In a normal state of the thermistor, the elastic element is in an elastic deformation state, a first contact part and a second contact part of the elastic element are in electrical contact with the second electrode of the thermistor and the second pin respectively. After the thermistor ruptures, the elastic element resets, which causes the connecting piece to move so that the second contact part of the elastic element detaches from the second pin. An isolation structure is provided between the thermistor mounting cavity and the elastic element mounting cavity.Type: GrantFiled: July 11, 2022Date of Patent: November 21, 2023Assignee: HANGZHOU STAR SHUAIER ELECTRIC APPLIANCE CO., LTD.Inventors: Hai Sun, Yujun Xu, Huamin Sun, Wencheng Lu, Chenggang Fan

Publication number: 20210380017Abstract: A battery-swapping and encryption system and method. The battery-swapping and encryption system comprises an encryption device (12). The encryption device (12) is used to receive a swapping-complete signal, and to set a swapping-authorized signal after receiving the swapping-complete signal. The swapping-complete signal is used to indicate that an electric vehicle has completed battery swapping in an authorized battery-swapping facility. The encryption device (12) is further used to store the swapping-authorized signal. The battery-swapping and encryption system and method can be used to detect whether battery swapping performed by a user conforms to operation regulations, thereby ensuring that batteries of a battery-swapping station circulate within the station itself without being lost.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 23, 2019Publication date: December 9, 2021Inventors: Jianping Zhang, Wencheng Lu

Patent number: 8089961Abstract: Ternary content-addressable memories (TCAMs) may be used to obtain a simple and very fast implementation of a router's forwarding engine. The applicability of TCAMs is, however, limited by their size and high power requirement. The present invention provides an improved method and associated algorithms to reduce the power needed to search a forwarding table using a TCAM. Additionally, the present invention teaches how to couple TCAMs and high bandwidth SRAMs so as to overcome both the power and size limitations of a pure TCAM forwarding engine. By using one of the novel TCAM-SRAM coupling schemes (M-12Wb), TCAM memory is reduced by a factor of about 5 on IPv4 data sets and by a factor of about 2.5 on IPv6 data sets; TCAM power requirement is reduced by a factor of about 10 on IPv4 data sets and by a factor of about 6 on IPv6 data sets.Type: GrantFiled: December 7, 2007Date of Patent: January 3, 2012Assignee: University of Florida Research Foundation, Inc.Inventors: Sartaj Sahni, Wencheng Lu
