The electronic gaming system also includes a lower assembly coupled to the upper assembly by a support structure wherein the lower assembly includes a centering system and wherein the centering system is configured to return the chair to a predefined home position in response to the at least one sensor of the upper assembly detecting a weight below a predefined threshold.

One example method may include receiving a notification message and identifying a predetermined category of a notification bar portion of the user application to display the notification message. The method may also include associating the notification message with the identified predetermined category and determining a level of importance of the notification message. The risk relations may be defined by correlating historical risk factor data with actual risk measurements of the components using statistical or other quantitative methods.

Abstract: A lacing mandrel for use when lacing a stator has an elongate shaft with an enlarged head, or sizing plug, proximate an upper end. The sizing plug permits an operator to easily and readily determine whether the bore of the stator is obstructed, both before and after the lacing operation. The mandrel employs an annular slip ring, having a plurality of radially extending ribs, during the lacing operation. Each radially extending rib extends into a corresponding channel of the stator, which channel opens into a corresponding slot of the stator. The annular slip ring rotates with the stator during the lacing operation, such that each rib remains positioned in its corresponding channel. Thus, slot liners, or wedges, utilized on the stator are retained in their respective slots during the lacing operation, and are not forced out by the lacing needles so as to obstruct the stator bore.

Abstract: An automatic motor tester runs performance and quality control checks on newly assembled motors. The motor tester includes a vertical support, contacts contained within a housing which is mounted to the vertical support so as to be movable horizontally and vertically relative to the vertical support, and a controller operatively connected to the contacts to send signals to and receive signals from the motor for motor testing. The motor is positioned above a lifter which is operable to lift the motor so as to automatically electrically connect the motor contacts to the test contacts so that the test operator does not handle electrical leads.

Abstract: A shaft extension gage is provided at the rotor/rotor shaft insertion station in an electric motor production line. The gage includes a locating plate above which a partially assembled electric motor is positioned, a rotor shaft receiving assembly defining a chamber into which the rotor shaft is inserted, an indicator secured to the rotor shaft receiving assembly which measures shaft extension, and a display which the operator may read to determine if the shaft extension is within limits. The gage allows an operator to measure and correct both the rotor shaft's extension and end play without removing the motor from the assembly line and before the motor's end shields are attached to the motor shell to secure the rotor and rotor shaft in the shell. The gage may also be used to determine if the rotor shaft diameter is too large.
