    Abstract: The invention concerns ofatumumab for use in the treatment or prevention of pediatric multiple sclerosis (MS). According to the invention, ofatumumab is administered during a loading dose regimen at weeks 0, 1, 2 of the dosage regimen; and ofatumumab is administered during a maintenance dose regimen starting at week eight of the dosage regimen and continuing thereafter every six weeks.
