    Abstract: This application provides a cell structure and its related semiconductor device. Said cell structure includes a semiconductor substrate. In said semiconductor substrate, there are a plurality of first and second trench units. A carrier barrier region and an electric field shielding region corresponding to the first and second trench units are provided at a bottom of each trench. Conductive materials are provided in the trenches to correspondingly form two gate regions. A source-body region is provided between adjacent first trench units and in contact with a first metal layer on a top portion of the semiconductor substrate. A floating region is provided between the first and second trench units and is isolated from a second metal layer by an insulating dielectric. More than one source region is provided in the surface of the source-body region close to a side edge of at least one of the first trench units and the second trench units.

The purpose of the present invention is to use Z. mobilis as a model bacterium, using a CRISPR-Cas system encoded by the genome of the Z. mobilis and exogenous CRISPR-Cas12a system to build a genome editing platform so as to provide a set of powerful tools for carrying out basic and applied research in this bacterium and similar cells, and promoting the development of metabolic engineering, systems biology and synthetic biology.

The level shifter unit receives a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal and generates a level shifter result signal according to the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal. The compare module is configured to compare a voltage corresponding to the level shifter result signal with a reference voltage at a predetermined time and generate a comparison result. The control unit stops the shifter unit when the voltage corresponding to the level shifter result signal is less than the reference voltage. The present disclosure prevents the display panel from being damaged by short circuiting.

The power management chip includes a register, a signal receiving circuit configured to receive a second voltage data, and a processing circuit configured to examine the first voltage data and the second voltage data and write the second voltage data into the register when the first voltage data and the second voltage data are different. After the signal receiving circuit receives the second voltage data, the processing circuit examines the first voltage data and the second voltage data to prevent the first voltage data from being modified. This prevents the abnormality of the display and solves the above-mentioned problem of a conventional power management chip, whose data may be modified such that the display panel abnormally displays.

The method effectively realizes batch authentication of users during handover from the LTE-A network to the WLAN, and thus has high authentication efficiency, small signaling overheads, and high security.
