    Abstract: A technology of dynamically allocating uplink and downlink subframes in an LTE-advanced Time Division Duplex (TDD) communication system specifically relates to a TDD adaptive frame structure retransmission method, network and terminal side device. The method includes: in a TDD adaptive frame transmission process, for an uplink subframe, if a frame structure whose Round Trip Time (RTT) period of a Physical Hybrid-ARQ Indicator Channel (PHICH) and a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) corresponding to the uplink subframe is 10 ms is found in seven already defined frame structures, transmitting PHICH data on a corresponding downlink subframe in the found frame structure, and receiving retransmitted data on the corresponding uplink subframe in the found frame structure. The technical solution of the present application ensures the Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) compatibility with an uplink data channel of an R10UE.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for transmitting a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), a base station and a user equipment, related to the LTE Advanced system. The method for transmitting the DMRS disclosed in the present document includes: a base station transmitting a plurality of demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports through frequency division multiplexing (FDM) and/or code division multiplexing (CDM) and/or time division multiplexing (TDM). The embodiment of the present invention further discloses a base station and a user equipment. The technical scheme of the present application greatly boosts the DMRS demodulation performance, especially taking into account its use in the 256QAM modulation method in future, balances interpolation performance of various PRB Pairs in one sub-frame, and it avoids a collision between a DMRS and a RCRS, a PSS/SSS as well as a CSI-RS.

The method comprises: during transmission of a TDD self-adaptive frame, for an uplink sub-frame, if a frame structure, of which an RTT period of PHICH and PUSCH of the uplink sub-frame is 10 ms, corresponding to the uplink sub frame is found in 7 types of defined frame structures, then sending PHICH data on a corresponding downlink sub-frame in the found frame structure, and sending retransmission data on the corresponding uplink sub-frame in the found frame structure. The solution ensures HARQ compatibility of an uplink data channel of R10UE. In addition, A/N feedback of the PDSCH is configured according to the uplink A/N resolution, thereby improving retransmission performance.
