Abstract: Some embodiments provide a novel method for defining policies for a container cluster that is configured by a first software defined network (SDN) controller cluster. A second SDN controller cluster for defining service policies that are not defined by the first SDN controller cluster receives, from a set of one or more adapters deployed in the container cluster for the second SDN controller cluster, resource identifiers for several resources of the container cluster. The second SDN controller cluster uses the resource identifiers to define a set of service policies. Then, the second SDN controller cluster distributes the set of service policies to a set of network elements to enforce the set of service policies on data messages associated with machines deployed in the container cluster configured by the first SDN controller cluster.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method for using a first SDN controller as a Network Controller as a Service (NCaaS). The first SDN controller receives a first set of network attributes regarding network elements in a first container cluster configured by a second SDN controller, and a second set of network attributes regarding network elements in a second container cluster configured by a third SDN controller. These container clusters do not have a controller for defining particular network policies. Based on the sets of network attributes, the first SDN controller defines the particular network policies to control forwarding data messages between the first and second container clusters. The first SDN controller distributes at least a subset of the particular network policies to the first container cluster in order for network elements at the first container cluster to enforce on data messages exchanged between the first and second container clusters.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method of implementing service rules for a container cluster that is configured by a first SDN controller cluster. The method registers for event notification from an application programming interface (API) server to receive notification regarding events associated with resources deployed in the container cluster. The method forwards to a second SDN controller cluster resource identifiers collected through the registration for resources of the container cluster. The second SDN controller cluster defines service policies that are not defined by the first SDN controller cluster. The method receives, from the second SDN controller cluster, service policies defined by the second SDN controller cluster based on the resource identifiers. The method distributes service rules defined based on the service policies to network elements in the container cluster to enforce on data messages associated with machines deployed in the container cluster configured by the first SDN controller cluster.

Abstract: An electric shift actuator includes a case body assembly, a case cover assembly covering the case body assembly, and a gear reduction mechanism assembly arranged in the case body assembly. The gear reduction mechanism assembly includes a motor subassembly, a face gear set, a first-stage gear reduction subassembly, and an output gear assembly configured to be connected to a parking mechanism. An output of the motor subassembly meshes with an input of the first-stage gear reduction subassembly in parallel to form first-stage gear reduction transmission, an output of the first-stage gear reduction subassembly vertically meshes with an input of the face gear set to form second-stage gear reduction transmission, and an output of the face gear set meshes with an input of the output gear assembly in parallel to form third-stage gear reduction transmission. The actuator has functions of emergency parking and manual unlocking with improved safety and redundancy.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for purifying key intermediates of Citalopram, i.e. 4-[4-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-hydroxybutyl]-3-hydroxymethylbenzonitrile and a salt thereof. The method comprises dissolving crude 4-[4-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-hydroxybutyl]-3-hydroxymethylbenzonitrile (compound of formula I containing formaldehyde impurity) with an organic solvent, adding a washing solution, controlling the temperature, stirring, leaving to stand for layering, and removing the aqueous layer, so as to obtain a purified organic solution of 4-[4-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-hydroxybutyl]-3-hydroxymethylbenzonitrile. The method provided by the present invention can effectively remove aldehyde group-containing impurities in the intermediate. The method of the present invention has the advantages of simple operation, cheap raw materials and mild conditions, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Abstract: The disclosure provides an example method for live packet tracing. Some embodiments of the method include configuring a first network interface of a first pod to mark each of a plurality of packets, with a corresponding flow tag and a corresponding packet identifier, receiving, from one or more observation points, at least one of copies or metadata of the plurality of packets each marked with the corresponding flow tag and the corresponding packet identifier. In some embodiments, the method further includes displaying data indicative of the at least one of the copies or the metadata of the plurality of packets.

Abstract: A sliding sleeve device has an outer cylinder, a circulation hole being provided in the wall of the outer cylinder; and an inner cylinder provided in an inner cavity of the outer cylinder. In an initial state, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are fixed to each other to seal the circulation hole. In a first state, the inner cylinder is movable relative to the outer cylinder, thereby unsealing the circulation hole. A protection mechanism is provided in the circulation hole, which has an inner member located on the radially inner side and an outer member located on the radially outer side.

Abstract: A foldable device, a lamp and a method of use thereof are provided. The foldable device includes a hinge connector, at least two frames and at least two hinge bases, each of two ends of the hinge connector are connected to one end of the at least two hinge bases via a connection shaft; another ends of the hinge bases are connected to the frame via an elastic structure; the hinge base is provided with a fixed shaft on a side near the elastic structure; a guide slot is further provided on a side of the frame, and the fixed shaft may slide along the guide slot to fold or unfold the frames. The foldable device may save space and facilitate the transportation.

Abstract: This application discloses a packet processing method, apparatus, and system, and belongs to the communications field. In the packet processing method, a first device receives a first packet sent by a second device. The first packet includes identifier information and first authentication information of an Ethernet ring. The first device is an edge device of the Ethernet ring, and the second device is a device outside the Ethernet ring. The first device verifies the validity of the first packet based on the identifier information and the first authentication information. The first device processes the first packet after verifying that the first packet is valid. This method improves the security of Ethernet ring networks.
