    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a ligand for a quantum dot, a ligand quantum dot, a quantum dot layer and a method for patterning the same. The surface of the ligand quantum dot of the present disclosure is connected with the cleavage-type ligand including a first ligand unit A, a cleavage unit B, and an adhesion adjusting unit C. The method includes: providing a substrate; coating a mixture containing the ligand quantum dot on the substrate to form a quantum dot film; exposing a preset region of the quantum dot film to ultraviolet light, so that the cleavage unit B in the cleavage-type ligand undergoes a photolysis reaction, and a molecular segment containing the adhesion adjusting unit C and obtained after decomposition is detached from a surface of the quantum dot; and washing off an unexposed region of the quantum dot film with an organic solvent, followed by drying.

The convolutional neural network may perform a partial block summation to generate a convolution result, compare the convolution result to a speckle value to determine the offset value, generate an adaptive result in response to performing a convolution operation, compare the video frames to the adaptive result to generate the binarization result for the video frames, and remove the error points from the binarization result.

After preprocessing the main parameter data of the blast furnace, several sub-modes of the blast furnace and their corresponding blast furnace state indication variable data are obtained by means of a mean shift clustering algorithm. Taking the real-time parameter data of the blast furnace as inputs, the Euclidean distance between the real-time parameter data of the blast furnace and each sub-mode is calculated, and the sub-modes are weighted and fused according to the distance, and the fusion result is the real-time blast furnace state, so as to realize the real-time state monitoring of the blast furnace in a smooth operation.

An edge-cloud collaborative way is adopted, including fast fault detection running in an edge IoT agent and fault timing and locating analysis running in a distribution network control center. At an edge IoT terminal, the fault is quickly detected based on time-delay correlation analysis, a long-time series model is constructed, a time series is fitted with an autoregressive moving average model, and the fault is quickly judged based on a typical value of a limit spectral density function of the time series; after the edge IoT terminal detects the fault, fault-related data are uploaded to the distribution network control center through data screening, historical data and real-time data are integrated, and a spectral deviation index is configured to perform fault timing and locating analysis.

According to the method, blast furnace equipment parameters and a burden distribution matrix are utilized, the burden layer profile of each layer is calculated according to the burden distribution movement process, a burden layer distribution model is established in combination with the descending process, and the ore-to-coke ratio of each burden layer is obtained. According to the method, the ore-to-coke ratio distribution of multiple layers and main parameters of a blast furnace are used as input, a generalized regression neural network is used for estimating the temperature at the corresponding measurement position of throat temperature, so as to realize the monitoring of throat temperature in the blast furnace process.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for predicting remaining useful life of bearings based on a gated recurrent neural network, comprising the following steps: S1. obtaining full life cycle vibration signals of bearings, extracting the vibration distribution features and creating a training set of gated recurrent neural network; S2. constructing a gated recurrent neural network model, and introducing an attention mechanism that directly calculates weights to improve the integrity of extracting temporal information; S3. adding a Bayesian layer to construct a nonlinear mapping relationship between temporal information and remaining useful life; S4. taking vibration signals of a test bearing as input, the output result of the gated recurrent neural network model is the remaining useful life of the test bearing at the current time. The present invention does not need to add additional neural network layers, which avoids the problem of increasing the complexity of the model.
