Abstract: The present disclosure provides a juicer having an autonomous circulation filtration function and a working method thereof. The juicer includes a container, a rotating cutter arranged on a bottom portion of the container, a filter barrel, and a return pipe. The return pipe is configured to reflux juice in the container into the filter barrel for filtering. A lower end of the filter barrel is arranged in the container. An upper end and a lower end of the return pipe respectively form a juice outlet end and a juice inlet end. The juice is introduced into the filter barrel through the juice outlet end and the juice inlet end. A press-in portion configured to press the juice into the juice inlet end is eccentrically arranged on the rotating cutter. A liquid inlet corresponding to the juice outlet end of the return pipe is defined on the filter barrel.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a grinding machine and an assembling method thereof. The grinding machine includes a container, a grinding assembly, and a sealing base. A bottom portion of the container defines a juice outlet. The sealing base seals the juice outlet. The sealing base is detachably connected with the container. The grinding assembly includes a cutting tool, an upper grinding disc, and a lower grinding disc arranged in sequence from top to bottom. A drive shaft is rotatably arranged on the sealing base. The cutting tool and the lower grinding disc are fixed on the drive shaft. The upper grinding disc is fixed on the sealing base. A first positioning step configured to position the upper grinding disc is formed on an inner wall of the juice outlet. A first elastic sealing piece is arranged between the upper grinding disc and the first positioning step.

Abstract: The application relates to the production of a soiled fabric, and more particularly to a method of manufacturing a standard carbon black soiled fabric for performance testing of washing machines. Water is adopted herein as the solvent to prepare a soil, which renders this method safe, environmentally friendly and economical. Moreover, this method introduces a fully-automatic continuous rolling-suction tentering and setting machine to control the pressure of the padder, the drying temperature, the air volume of the fan and the speed of chains, which reduces the manual intervention, achieving a highly-automatic printing and dyeing process. The reflectivity at four points on both sides of the standard carbon black soiled fabric according to the invention is 95% or more.
