    Abstract: Disclosed are an oxygenator and an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation device. The oxygenator includes a housing; an oxygenation chamber, arranged in the housing, and having a blood flow pipeline extend through a blood inlet and a blood outlet; a partition plate, arranged between the housing and the oxygenation chamber, the partition plate is arranged in a same direction as the upper end cover and divide the interior of the housing into a heat medium chamber and a gas chamber. The oxygenator combines the design of a heat medium chamber and a gas chamber to perform brand-new optimization design on a blood flow path, a gas pipeline and a heat medium pipeline of a membrane lung, so as to obtain the best hemodynamic performance, uniform distribution of internal flow fields and pressure fields, small flow retention zone, low blood flow resistance and high gas blood exchange efficiency and heat exchange efficiency.

    Abstract: A bulk acoustic wave resonator and a preparation method thereof, the bulk acoustic wave resonator includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and a piezoelectric film between the first and second electrodes, the piezoelectric film includes n layers of polarized piezoelectric films, and the polarities of any two adjacent layers of the polarized piezoelectric films are opposite. The acoustic mirror is disposed between the substrate and the first electrode, by preparing the polarized piezoelectric films with opposite polarities in layers, polarity inversion is achieved. The bulk acoustic wave resonator of the present disclosure can reduce the requirements for the piezoelectric film materials and increase the resonant frequency under the condition of not reducing the total thickness of the piezoelectric film or introducing a transition electrode. The process is simplified, the acoustic wave loss is reduced, and the quality factor is improved.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of inorganic nanofilm materials, and provides a method for preparing a tungsten sulfide thin film. The present invention further provides a tungsten sulfide thin film prepared through the method. By means of the method according to the present invention, large-area preparation of the W—S—W thin film is realized, and the quality of the prepared W—S—W thin film is considerably improved, which greatly improves the electrical performance of the W—S—W thin film.

    Abstract: A composite panel and its manufacture are described. Ultra-thick bamboo/wood and solid wood composite panels are comprised of core board, surface board and back board. The core board is composed of ultra-thick peeling veneers with thickness of 6 to 12 mm. Both surface board and back board are made of bamboo or wood. The core board comprises several layers of the ultra-thick veneers, and the veneers of contiguous layer are assembled with parallel structure. A glue layer is arranged between contiguous veneers; adhesive in the glue layer is aqueous macromolecule isocyanate adhesive. The ultra-thick veneers of the core layer are the veneers with stress degradation treatment, i.e., punctate or line segment cracks are formed along the grain of the veneer's loose side in each layer.
