    Abstract: An OLED component is disclosed, which relates to the technical field of display panel. The OLED component comprises a TFT substrate, a coating zone, a sealant, a cover and a photo spacer. The coating zone is located at a center of the TFT substrate; the sealant is arranged around the coating zone; the cover is arranged above the coating zone and the sealant; and the photo spacer is arranged on an upper surface of the coating zone for supporting the cover. Since the photo spacer is arranged on the upper surface of the coating zone, an alignment accuracy can be improved, and the OLED component can be easily manufactured. Meanwhile, a cell thickness uniformity of a large-sized panel can be maintained, and occurrence of Newton rings can be avoided.

The present disclosure aims to solve the technical problem of a low light-emitting efficiency of an OLED display device and a poor package effect in the prior art. The thin-film package structure includes at least two organic material film layers, and at least two inorganic material film layers. An organic material film layer and an inorganic material film layer are arranged in an alternate manner. The inorganic material film layer includes a magnetic material film layer and a non-magnetic material film layer. The OLED component packaged by the thin-film package structure includes a substrate, and an OLED component that is formed on the substrate. A magnetic field generated by the magnetic material in the thin-film layers can act on the OLED, and thus a light-emitting efficiency of the OLED display device can be improved.

    Abstract: The present application provides an encapsulation method for an OLED and an encapsulation structure of an OLED. In the encapsulation method for an OLED of the present application, by disposing the UV light absorbing layer on the surface of the OLED device, in one aspect, the UV light absorbing layer has a low UV transmittance. Therefore, UV light can be blocked from being directed to the TFT during UV curing of the encapsulation material and the sealant to reduce or eliminate the influence of UV light on the TFT; on the other hand, the UV light absorbing layer has high visible light transmittance and therefore does not reduce the light intensity of the OLED device. The encapsulation structure of the OLED of the present application is fabricated by the above encapsulation method. The TFT has excellent electrical performance and the OLED device thereof has strong light intensity.
