In the method, a terminal determines an uplink transmit power based on the repetition count of the UCI. (uplink control information) it receives from a network device. The repetition count of the UCI on a user side is adaptively configured based on a PL(path loss), an interference the and the low coverage level for a user currently accessing at a high coverage level so that a transmit power of the UCI is controlled and an avalanche effect caused by always selecting full-power uplink transmission is avoided.

    Abstract: A fly ash-based fire-prevention and extinguishing material with carbon dioxide mineralized and stored, and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: separately weighing 100 parts to 120 parts of water, 1 part to 3 parts of a solid strong alkali, and 20 parts to 40 parts of a fly ash as raw materials, pouring the raw materials into a reactor successively to obtain a resulting mixture, and stirring the resulting mixture at a high rotational speed; adding 10 parts to 20 parts of a solubilizing agent to the reactor, sealing the reactor, introducing carbon dioxide to the reactor at room temperature to maintain a carbon dioxide pressure to obtain a resulting slurry, and stirring the resulting slurry at a high rotational speed; and further introducing carbon dioxide into the reactor to increase the carbon dioxide pressure, and stirring the resulting slurry at a low rotational speed.

The desktop does not freeze when playing multiple videos at the same time, and meets the needs of reminders and sharing in different scenarios in the form of videos.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a circuit for discharging parasitic capacitance in a display panel with common-anode topology having a plurality of light emitters, as well as a circuit for charging parasitic capacitance in a display panel with common-cathode topology. In the common-cathode topology, the circuit includes a three-terminal device having a gate, a source, and a drain, wherein one of the source and the drain is electrically coupled to a common cathode of the light emitters, and a mechanism for controlling the three-terminal device, the mechanism being electrically coupled to the gate. Shortly after a previously selected light emitter is unselected, the mechanism turns on the three-terminal device to form a conductive path between the source and the drain. The mechanism turns off the three-terminal device after a voltage at the common cathode is increased to a predetermined voltage level or after a maximum period of time lapses.
