A feeding tension of a printed plastic layer is adjusted according to a longitudinal deviation between the embossing and the pattern in the rolling step. The device includes a first feeding device, a second feeding device, the oppositely rolling rollers, a detecting device, and a tension controller disposed on the second feeding device. According to the long decorative material with the embossing in register with the pattern manufactured by the method, the embossing hot-rolled on the transparent plastic layer is in register with the pattern on the printed plastic layer.

The present invention discards a series of environmental factor restrictions brought by the traditional laying method, increases the simplicity of ceramic tile splicing and disassembling, reduces the labor cost, enables the disassembled ceramic tiles to be reused, and enhances the service life of ceramic tiles.

In the disclosure, the density of the PVC plastics flooring is reduced to 1.4-1.6 g/cm3 even increasing the amount of calcium carbon, thereby greatly reducing the production cost and improving the economic efficiency.

Compared with traditional methods for preparing floor, in the method according to the disclosure, an embossing is performed not directly after laminating, but after applying a wear-resistant primer, and a topcoat is then applied. Therefore, the resulting embossed floor has a clear texture. Further, the composition of the wear-resistant primer could be optimized, such that the resulting embossed floor exhibits excellent wear resistance and hardness.
