The method includes: displaying a target object introduction page in response to triggering of the first permission control corresponding to a target object, during playing of a live video in a preview stage or after an end of the playing of the live video in the preview stage; displaying a permission operation interface in response to triggering of the second permission control; returning to a live video interface and playing the live video, in response to completing of an operation of at least one operation item of the permission operation interface. The target object introduction page includes the second permission control. A live video stream is blurred or stopped from being pushed after the end of the playing of the live video in the preview stage. The permission operation interface includes at least one operation item.

Abstract: The present invention provides an oil slurry filter, a filter unit including the oil slurry filter, a multiple-filter system including the oil slurry filter, and a multiple-stage filter system including the oil slurry filter. Due to the use of the filter component of flexible texture in the oil slurry filter of the present invention, the problems that the filter material is easily blocked by high-viscosity colloidal impurities, the regeneration efficiency of the filter is poor and the filtration efficiency is low are solved, and it is possible to make the backwash treatment of the filter residue more convenient and improve the regeneration efficiency of the filter. The present invention also provides a filtering process using the oil slurry filter to ensure long-term stable operation of the oil slurry filtering process.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for carrying out ecological water supplement by using tidal power, including the following steps: constructing a first water supplying river channel at an upper and middle reach of an artery and tributaries of a river channel, storing water at high tide and supplying water to the tributaries at low tide based on the first water supplying river channel; and setting a storage tank at an urban river channel, constructing a second water supplying river channel at an other end of the storage tank connected with the urban river channel, and supplying the water to a city based on the interconnected storage tank, the urban river channel and the second water supplying river channel.

Abstract: Liver-specific promoters and application thereof are provided. A set of small-size recombinant nucleic acid sequences for regulating high specific expression of genes in a liver system are provided. Compared with the currently reported other sequences of similar size, the said recombinant regulatory sequence fragment has the advantage that the ability of driving expression of reporter gene and human coagulation factor FVIII in the liver system is significantly enhanced, thereby being suitable for recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV)-mediated gene therapy.
