    Abstract: Provided is a method for synthesizing a chiral amine compound. A transaminase is used to transaminate a ketone substrate under the action of an amino donor, to obtain the chiral amine compound; and the conserved amino acid sequence region of the transaminase at least includes a region 1 (MAGLWCVN) and a region 2 (YNTFFKT). With the transaminase with the specific conserved amino acid sequence region to synthesize a large sterically hindered chiral amine, the enzyme catalytic reaction volume is small, the synthesizing route is short, the product yield is high, a high-cost noble metal is not required for catalysis under the synthesizing conditions, three wastes are reduced, and the production cost is saved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a direct current (DC) transformer error detection apparatus for a pulsating harmonic signal, including a DC and pulsating harmonic current output module and an external detected input module, where the DC and pulsating harmonic current output module outputs a DC and a DC superimposed pulsating harmonic current to an internal sampling circuit and a self-calibrated standard resistor array; and the internal sampling circuit converts the input DC and the input DC superimposed pulsating harmonic current into a voltage signal, and sends the voltage signal to an analog-to-digital (AD) sampling and measurement component through a front-end conditioning circuit and a detected input channel. The DC transformer error detection apparatus can complete self-calibration for measurement of the DC and the pulsating harmonic signal on a test site.

The present invention establishes a procedure on experimental evaluation and parameter calculation optimization by suspending fracturing proppant with the bubble bridge effect on the hydrophobic surface.

For reducing errors in sampling that affect the eligibility graph, demand parameters contained within the first eligibility graph are adjusted, resulting in an adjusted first eligibility graph. Once the adjusted first eligibility graph is available, a network solver is used for solving the adjusted first eligibility graph to produce an adjusted allocation plan, which adjusted allocation plan is used for displaying at least one of the plurality of impressions.

    Abstract: A method for determining a price of a contract for booking advertising space in a networked environment includes receiving, via a web server, a request to book a number of impressions from available impression inventory, where each impression corresponds to the delivery of an advertisement to a browser. The method also includes assembling user samples that represent a total amount of impression inventory, where each user sample represents a number of internet users, calculating a value associated with each piece of remaining impression inventory of the total impression inventory, and evaluating the value of all remaining impression inventory before and after allocation to a contract by maximizing and equation subject to a set of constraints. The base price for the contract corresponds to the difference between the value of the inventory before and after allocation.
