Abstract: The instant disclosure relates to methods for preventing, controlling and/or inhibiting the rare events of adventitious viral infection or viral replication/amplification after reactivation of latent viral infection during cell culture in the manufacturing process of cell-based drug products, including CAR T cell drug products. Also provided are in vitro cell culture models for HHV-6 latent infection and methods of making the same.

Abstract: A method for intelligently measuring vehicle speed based on a binocular stereo vision system includes: training a Single Shot Multibox Detector neural network to obtain a license plate recognition model; calibrating the binocular stereo vision system to acquire parameters of two cameras; detecting the license plates in the captured video frames with the license plate recognition model, locating the license plate position; performing feature point extraction and stereo matching by a feature-based matching algorithm; screening and eliminating the matching point pairs, and reserving the coordinates of the matching point pair closest to the license plate center; performing stereo measurement on the screened matching point pair to get the spatial coordinates of the position; calculating and obtaining the speed of the target vehicle.

Abstract: A ground drive apparatus for a progressive cavity pump in which a rotor of the pump is connected to a rod string and in which the rod string is connected to the polished rod. The ground drive apparatus has a motor with a hollow shaft, an upper sealing structure positioned above the motor and extending around the polished rod, and a well sealing structure positioned below the motor so as to the selectively in sealing and clamping relationship with the polished rod. The hollow shaft has an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the rotor and the rod string. The upper sealing structure includes a stationary sealing cap, a rotary sealing bushing extending around the stationary sealing cap, and a sealing ring interposed between the stationary sealing cap and the rotary sealing bushing. The well sealing structure has a housing with a piston slidably mounted in the housing.
