Abstract: Provided are a polypeptide, a design method of the polypeptide, and a product including the polypeptide for inhibiting Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. nucleatum) or a drug for preventing colorectal cancer. The polypeptide includes a hydrophobic amino acid and a charged amino acid, where an amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is distributed in a symmetrical structure. The polypeptide obtained in the present application includes natural amino acid residues as basic ingredients, and has inherent biocompatibility and biodegradability. The polypeptide can specifically kill F. nucleatum while exhibiting a low antimicrobial activity against other bacteria. Therefore, the polypeptide can be used to restrict a load level of F. nucleatum in vivo for a long time, thereby achieving the treatment and prevention of a variety of F. nucleatum-associated diseases. In addition, the polypeptide has advantages such as high sterilization rate, no residue, no pollution, highly-flexible molecular composition, and low immunogenicity.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an adapter connector assembly, an electrical connector plug, and an electrical connector kit. One end of the adapter connector assembly is configured for adaptive installation of a cable entry system, and the adapter connector assembly includes a mounting frame and a housing that can be assembled together. An upper portion of the mounting frame is configured to be assembled with the cable entry system, and the housing has a first and second open ends opposite each other and a cavity extending between the first and second open ends and for accommodating at least part of the mounting frame. The adapter connector assembly provided herein enables the combined use of the cable entry system and a connector, and thus broadens a cable application scope of the connector and increases a service life of cables mounted to the connector.

Abstract: A revocable lightweight group authentication method and system for an edge controller is described here. When the edge controller needs to be registered, an edge server generates a private key of the edge controller and sends the private key to the edge controller, and meanwhile adds the edge controller to a group list of the edge server; the edge server updates a certificate of the edge controller, adds the certificate to a certificate list of the edge server and sends the certificate to the edge controller so that the edge controller updates the private key according to the updated certificate; and then the edge controller generates a signature according to the updated private key, and sends the signature to the edge server so that the edge server authenticates the edge controller after determining that the signature meets preset requirements.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of intelligent driving. Disclosed is a method for detecting the position relation between a vehicle and a lane line. The method for detecting the position relation between a vehicle and a lane line comprises: obtaining a vehicle model, the vehicle model being represented by a plurality of first coordinates in a world coordinate system; obtaining a lane line image, the lane line image being captured by a camera disposed on a vehicle; obtaining a calibration parameter of the camera; determining, according to the lane line image and the calibration parameter, a first line segment of a lane line mapped into the world coordinate system; and determining the position relation between the lane line and the vehicle according to the position relation between the first line segment and the plurality of first coordinates in the world coordinate system.
