    Abstract: The disclosed system may include a detachable capsule that includes a capsule-side capacitive plate. The system may also include a receiving antenna electrically connected to an antenna-side capacitive plate, and a capacitive sensor electrically connected to the capsule-side capacitive plate. The two plates may be coupled to each other and may transmit RF signals between them. The capacitive sensor may be configured to detect an amount of capacitance between the two capacitive plates. The system may also include an antenna matching tuner electrically connected to the capacitive sensor and to an antenna feed. Then, upon receiving capacitance measurements from the capacitive sensor, the antenna matching tuner may alter various parameters of the antenna feed including impedance matching parameters. Various other apparatuses and mobile wearable devices are also disclosed.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing a 2-iodoheterocyclic aryl ether at room temperature, including adding an alkali metal hydride and a phenol to a solvent, then adding a diiodoheterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, and performing a reaction at 0-100° C., so as to obtain a 2-iodoheterocyclic aryl ether product. In the coupling process of the present invention, no transition metal catalyst needs to be added, and no metal pollution will be caused to the product. The product of the present invention can be used as an organic synthesis raw material for a further reaction, and can also be used as an additive flame retardant reagent to improve the flame retardant performance of plastics.

The lower surface of the adsorption device further defines at least one positive-pressure outlet that is in communication with a positive-pressure source and is configured to supply a continuous positive-pressure air flow between the lower surface of the adsorption device and the reticle during the adsorption of the reticle.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for adsorbing a wafer are disclosed. The apparatus includes a chuck (100) for vacuum adsorption of the wafer and at least three suction head assemblies (200). The chuck (100) has at least three openings (101) corresponding to the suction head assemblies (200). The suction head assembly (200) includes: a pneumatic cylinder (230) in fixed connection with the chuck (100); and a nozzle (230) in movable connection to the pneumatic cylinder (210). The nozzles (230) are completely located within the respective openings (101) or at least partially above a surface of the chuck (100). Through increasing at least three suction head assemblies (200) in the chuck (100), the wafer (300) can be adsorbed and stretched by the suction head assembly (200) until the lower surface of the wafer (300) is attached to the upper surface of the chuck 100, thereby achieving the adsorption of the wafer (300).
