    Abstract: A vehicle window assembly and an assembly method therefor, and a vehicle. The vehicle window assembly includes an exterior decorative member, an encapsulation assembly, and a guide rail. The encapsulation assembly is disposed around a periphery of the exterior decorative member and wraps at least part of the periphery of the exterior decorative member. The encapsulation assembly has a first end and a second end in a direction of an edge S of the exterior decorative member, and the second end is far away from the first end. A limiting groove is defined at the first end of the encapsulation assembly. The guide rail has one end inserted into the limiting groove to limit the guide rail from moving. The guide rail is connected to the second end of the encapsulation assembly to fix the guide rail to the encapsulation assembly.

    Abstract: Providing a human primary myelofibrosis (PMF) cell strain, a construction method therefor and use thereof. The PMF cell strain is named as ZYXY-M2, and is deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection (Wuhan University, Wuhan, China), with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: C202145. The present application is obtained by extracting and separating mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of a PMF patient and culturing in vitro for continuous natural passage. The leukemia cell strain is negative for JAK2, CALR, MPL mutation, positive for ASXL1, TP53, IKZF1, IDH1, FLT3 and TET1. The cell strain has good proliferation ability in vitro, and can be used as a cell material to study the pathogenesis of PMF and individualized treatment in vitro. Meanwhile, it can also be used to screen and evaluate drugs for in vitro and in vivo research of human PMF and guide clinical medication.

    Abstract: A vehicle window assembly is provided. The vehicle window assembly includes a glass pane, an encapsulation fixed to an edge of the glass pane, a first insert mounted on the encapsulation, and a molding mounted on the first insert. The first insert is movably mounted on the encapsulation. An elastic portion is disposed at an abutting position of the first insert and a side wall of the encapsulation. The vehicle window assembly is configured to be mounted on a sheet metal. When the vehicle window assembly is mounted on the sheet metal, the side wall of the encapsulation faces the sheet metal. The elastic portion is pressed to generate a pre-tightening force that makes the first insert move towards the sheet metal, to drive the molding and make the molding be attached to the sheet metal.

The cooling fan resides in a cooling fan assembly that relies on principles of aerodynamics to maximize airflow. The cooling fan assembly is coupled to the opposite side of a backplane to which the circuit layout is mounted. The backplane includes large ventilation holes to permit the cooling fan to induce significantly more airflow across the circuit layout than possible with conventional designs. At least one advantage of the approaches discussed herein is circuit layouts can be constructed to meet the competing objectives of high node performance and high node density. Accordingly, data centers can be built that offer high performance computing without requiring a significant increase in physical real estate.
